The room is very big and spacious. After staying here, I feel that Naha hotels are too small to adapt to. The waiters are enthusiastic and the service concept is first-class. There are two indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The indoor temperature is quite good. The breakfast is rich and delicious! Every room has a sea view room, and next to it is the seaside park and baseball field. The atmosphere is full!
In short, it is great! I will stay here next time

PPalomaI recently had the pleasure of staying at REF Okinawa Arena by Vessel hotels and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
**Check-In:** Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless. The staff greeted us warmly and offered welcome drinks, which set the tone for a wonderful stay.
**Room:** Our room was comfortable, providing us with restful nights. The amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi, added to our comfort.
**Cleanliness:** The housekeeping team did an outstanding job. The room and common areas were always clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at home.
**Facilities:** The resort boasts a beautiful pool area, complete with cabanas and a swim-up bar. There were also various activities available, including water sports and yoga classes, which kept us entertained throughout our stay.
**Location:** The Grand Oasis is conveniently located near local shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun.
**Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They genuinely seemed to care about our experience and were quick to assist with any requests.

GGuest UserLocation is good, and easy to navigate. Plus point they have car rental at their hotel directly.
For amenities, it’s abit old, still functional. Walls are not sound proof, u can hear people walking along the corridor.
For service, it was so-so. Nobody attended to you when having breakfast, and they only come and chase u to last order and sharply removed the food from buffet bar.

XXIANGDONGHotel location is slightly biased, but the traffic is convenient, there is a parking lot, if necessary, the hotel owner will also drive to the station. Lovely. There are authentic and early dishes, and there are coffee desserts to taste.

GGuest UserLocated near eateries, mall and restaurants and value for money stay. The rooms were large and the staff spoke good English. The laundry and dryer were commercial size so fast and good. Allocated a room next to the smoking area so could smell the smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room. Appreciated the guest parking. The traditional breakfast was okay except for some overnight(?) rice that cause me to choke. Overall, met my expectations.

GGuest UserThe parking lot downstairs is very cheap for 24 hours for only 600 days. The room is overall very nice and there is no counter service (confirm the password in the e-mail before picking up the key) ps: I didn’t receive the letter, but fortunately there was a Japanese person who helped me and called to inquire🙋Instantly rescue!

RRosita_chingThe room was huge and there was a huge bathtub in the room, but the massage function didn’t work. The hotel’s location is only suitable for self-drive stays, but the entrance to the hotel can be easily missed as it only has a tiny hotel nameplate, so it can be missed at night or if you don’t pay attention. Also go through long ramps and a very narrow entrance parking lot every single day. Because the hotel is in the middle of the hill, you will see the sea view. Although the hotel facilities are relatively dilapidated, the washroom and shower are separate, the front desk also provides free bath salts, you can get from the front desk attendant, the hotel overall is okay.
