Our small group of friends enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa and only wished we could have stayed longer. We were there off season in early December so the outdoor pool was closed and the hotel was not very busy so we could enjoy the facilities with peace and quiet instead of the hustle and bustle of peak season in the summer. We were very fortunate that the weather cooperated and it was sunny and warm throughout our stay. The good weather also helped us to appreciate one of the hotel's key features - the stunning sunsets from your own room's private balcony. The hotel is old but the rooms have been recently renovated so everything in the room was in good condition. My room was on a higher floor with a large balcony that easily accommodated 4 people sitting out for drinks at sunset. The room itself is also very large with a sitting area next to the balcony and a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It was very comfortable. The setting of the hotel is very picturesque and you can see the view from everywhere in the facility. The property has both the Busena Terrace and a separate higher end hotel called The Terrace Club at Busena, and there are shops and restaurants located around the huge property, large enough that there is a tram service to go from one area of the property to another, though of course you can easily walk it too in 10 minutes or so. You will need a car if you wish to go out anywhere as the property is not located near anything else. Even a convenience store - except for the small bare basics one located on the property - would require a short drive as it would be a very long walk. Service everywhere is first class. We had the breakfast buffet at Cafe Terrace La Tida and there was a very good selection of food on offer including local specialties such as sea grapes salad and a Taco rice omelette on offer one day. Although the main outdoor pool was closed in December since it is off season, there is also a smaller indoor pool that can be used. For working out, there is a gym with many piece of cardio equipment but no weight training equipment. Upstairs from the gym there are separate Japanese baths and saunas for men and women. You can never get tired of the view as it changes from day to night. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and you are sure to enjoy your stay.

I stayed in a two double bed room for one night as the last day of a short stay in Okinawa. I was coming from a two-night stay ay the Hoshinoya Resort. The contrast of the two hotels was interesting. Hoshinoya is a very Japanese style place, which has its pluses and minuses. The RC is very much an American style hotel. Which is not bad at all. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and having a large plate of perfectly cooked scramble eggs and all the items that comprise American comfort breakfast food - the fluffy pancakes, bacon, etc. The rooms were also very well furnished with no end of amenities. The property itself is very clean and well laid out. If you are a smoker, be aware you cannot smoke on the balcony and there is only one smoking area in the entire property. I also had the teppanyaki course dinner at Kise. The highest price Kise course ran around 30,000 yen. It was a bit pricey but the courses were excellent. I appreciated that the chef was low-key - no juggling of knives and spatulas. If you looking for a dependable place and also play golf, this would be worth a look. The English proficiency is still a bit of an issue, not all staff speak proficient English. That's not the fault of the hotel. I think that's a problem with Okinawa and Japan generally.

GGuest UserArrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. It may feel a bit old, but it was clean and cozy. The pool was planted and lined with beach chairs, and the atmosphere of the resort hotel in the South was good, and it was spacious and satisfied. I booked dinner at check-in and used the dinner buffet from 19:00. There was no high-class menu, but all the rich menus such as color 々 Okinawa cuisine were delicious. There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.
GGuest UserStayed in the new wing of this seaside hotel for 3 nights. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store on 1/F of the hotel provides food and snacks at all times. We like the restaurant opposite to the hotel - Shimaakari very much which serves yummy dishes. If you stay in this hotel, this restaurant is a must-go for you!
GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days as it's situated in the middle of most of the attractions i was going. Location : good. It has some good restaurants down the road (approximately 5-10mims drive) besides, it's easy to access to the rest of the places. This hotel is approximately 1.4km away from the place to take glass boat bottom. Food : breakfast was fantastic! I would say it's a great selection of food, but not wide. They rotate the breakfast daily. So you wont get bored of eating the same everyday. Room : spacious with nice sea view. We requested foe higher floor and also sea view. So our room was 814. It's spacious enough to put two huge luggage ard. Carpeted flooring. And they also offer 2 types of bedroom slippers. Facilities : there is a laundromat at the basement. No money exchange machine. So would need to change with the receptionist before washing. Souvenir store at level 1 sell great stuff. From food, to clothings, to mask. There is also an activity center which you can book to snorkel etc. would recommend to go early and book ahead as it seems to quite popular. Unfortunately, they didn't have a slot for us, so we didnt manage to try. Service : Average. The receptionist are not very friendly. They tried their best to offer the help, but i think their service can improved better. Maybe a bit more warmth smile and gesture may have make this a pleasant stay. But, breakfast service staff are very nice. There is this particular lady, that would greet us happily and she is also fast in keeping the place clean. Despite that she is busy, she will still give her best to service everyone. I like her! Carpark : hotel carpark is limited. So if you happen to return late and the carpark is full, you may need to park opposite. There are 4 carparks available. The only directly opposite the hotel is carpark 2 , there are also carpark 3 & 4, which is not very faraway. Especially weekend, the hotel gets really full as there would be Japanese flying over for short break. This hotel seems to have revamped. So the room looks new and comfortable. So, i would recommend this hotel for 1st timer as it's relatively affordable and also convenient.
GGuest UserAlthough some parts of the exterior and elevators were old, the interior had been properly rebranded, and the design was such that you could feel the ocean and nature of Okinawa. This time, I misunderstood the check-in time and arrived early, but the staff was happy to help me out. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since the hotel is located a little far from Nago city, I ate at the hotel buffet for dinner, which had a wide variety of food and was of course very satisfying. There was also an Okinawan folk song performance, which both locals and tourists can enjoy. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it would be that the parking lot is not fully maintained. In addition to the gravel road, the dividing lines are hard to see, so you need to be careful when parking. However, overall it was a great hotel, so I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.
GGuest UserPros: Very clean room with 2 queen-sized beds at the highest level. Room just nice for both of us with amazing seaview. Beds are very comfortable and toilet spacious with a bathtub. Self collect toiletries at the reception. The hallway is very quiet so we have good sleep throughout the night. Is a small hotel with about 20-25 rooms. 2 small couches to sit. The are 2 chairs on the balcony. Cons: The beds have no headboard and are light and move easily thus we cant lean on the headboard to read. Not enough place to store our things nor to hang clothes. The breakfast was so so with a bento set consisting 2-3 pieces of meat, some vegetables and coffee. TV channels are limited, all in Japanese. No housekeeping. They put a set of new towels outside the room daily. Nothing much in Nago city except a trip to Churaumi Aquarium which is about 25 km away.
GGuest UserThe service was good. However, the marine jet was noisy. I wanted to relax on the quiet beach, but the marine jet was noisy for hours and hours, and I was really frustrated. It's also really noisy because it comes to the nearby coast! Do you need to play with a marine jet or a banana boat at that hotel? I think the bad effect is very big. Since it is an adult hotel, I think it is better to stop the service for young children, to enjoy the resort quietly, and to do the service for adults to drop money. When it becomes a hotel for children or in their twenties, I think adults who drop money will never come. Also, 4 human chairs in the pool are unnecessary. It should be a bed type. Even though it's a pool, I can't sleep at all because there is an unnecessary 4 human chair. So no one was in the pool. I think this is the answer. Others were good. But there was a bad part, so I made it - 1.
DDeparture809482I wanted to stay near the sea. I looked for various information. There is a small sandy beach under my eyes. The main building ・ annex ・ East building is facing the south side and has a veranda ・ window. From Nago Bay to the headquarters Peninsula and far to the East China Sea. The rooms are up to 13 floors, but if you look at the sea far away, you don't seem to be so different on any floor. The high floor is expensive for accommodation, but... I planned several months ago aiming at the low price of airfare and off-shi―zn, but the decrease in inbound, corona beers, etc. are unexpected. I was a little lost because the situation changed and there was danger, but I decided to know that the air in the plane would be replaced in 3 minutes to JAL ・ ANA HP at the end of 2. The hotel was ventilated and adjusted with heating and cooling ・ dry. The weather was ”February wind”, and Naha Airport landed from the north and took off north. It was clear and sunny. Mochizuki was in the west of the headquarters Peninsula at dawn...
HHappiness81130730mins walk to the end of 21st century beach with sunset great. I will attach a photo. The hotel is not ocean front so it is not a photo from the room. Convenience stores, hot mott, A&W, ramen warm evening, big one, super kanehito... Walking distance. National Safety Route Inn Compared to the green ○○○, which opened near, this was obviously a preference.
__G5217RBThere is no ”front desk”. In front of the entrance, from the car that is parked, the uncle who was riding is called, fill in the accommodation card at the office, and get the key. A common one-room type hotel, the room we stayed had a semi-double bed and a single bed. There were also refrigerators, washing machines, pots and knifes. The dryer is shared and is at the entrance of the hotel. There is also Wi-Fi. It is an ordinary hotel. However, there is no store within walking distance.
SSAS971Location was perfect for my work : Tida ballet school.
5 minutes walk.
Also close to the bus station 6-7 minutes walk.
Beach is also walking distance .10 minutes.
Room is great. Clean, big, flexible.
Bed was very comfortable.
Check in was easy. The staff speak a bit of English.
Check out time was noon on Trip.com
But they told me 10am. That's the only downside of the experience.
But you can add extra hours for 1000 yen per hour.
