The hotel was well maintained. They provided valet parking. Buffet breakfast was great.
However we as a family of four were only given two bottles of water and any extra water will be charged.
We asked for extra blankets and they smelt so bad like old dusty wardrobe… very rough to touch and my daughter hated them.

Hotel room service. The delivery staff were very nice and friendly. The beef was delicious. However, the room was not clean. The floor was sticky and there were baby clothes left by previous guests under the bed.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Annex building for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and offers a huge bathtub. They provide unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks. They also offer free parkings for guests travelling by car. We would definitely return to Twin-line hotel during our next Okinawa trip.

PPWong1986Nice hotel with plenty enough facilities. Love the amenity zone in hotel that provides various little items for hotel guests during their stay. Super thoughtful. Nice view from room too especially we got upgraded to a higher floor. A enjoyable stay with the hotel and will recommend to friends should they visit Okinawa in future!

GGuest UserWe elected to pay slightly more for our upgraded room - it was worth the money. The newly updated room looks fresh and is well designed with a separate walk-in for washing area and shower + bath tub and a separate toilet with its own tiny tap and basin. The room has the coral roasted coffee bags which is unique. The room is clean and so is the balcony overlooking the beach which is just in front, barely 100m away. Breakfast has a varied offering of western and Japanese food and fruits.

JjimmyThe resort looks fairly new, and the location is perfect for tourists to cover north or south of the island in terms of driving distance, and yet in the midst of quietness of coastal outskirts of okinawa.
We love the coin-operated laundry to allow us to wash/dry our clothes on our last day of stay.
Additional plus point is they offered 10% discount for guest to spend on their restaurant and convenient store. Must say we enjoyed their sabu-sabu meal, and this dish has to be reserved.

MMateAt first the receptionist did not win my heart. He didnt offer to keep our luggage until the check in time, i had to ask if we can leave them here, he said yes and then awkward silence.. Then I asked where we can leave them. The whole situation was weird but I think he just started working there. The room was nice and the view was amazing. Breakfast was great, simple but with quite a lot of options. The beach was empty in front of the hotel and it was clean and amazing.

RRosita_chingSaid to be a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast, the rooms have laundry and drying equipment, however you have to buy your own detergent. Microwave freezer with a stovetop, however to cook utensils you need to rent. There is a terrace outside the room and free parking downstairs. In addition to being some distance from the city center, there are convenience stores nearby where you can buy things, which is good value for money.

SsheenzdinoStayed at 6th floor for a night at this hotel for Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. It is a bit dated but it's part of the ambience 😊 the room is very clean. Appreciate the receptionist service who helped us to search for nearby medical facility for foreigners. the room appears dimly lit at first but you can turn on the ceiling light using a remote. Maybe we went during off peak so there was sufficient parking space available behind the hotel. I liked the drying rack provided to hang our clothes. Saw people playing water sports at the opposite park and had a lovely time strolling there. Breakfast area has nice view of the ocean. There is Lawson next to the hotel. 10min drive to Aeon Mall Nago and great coastal line drive back to the city.

I stayed for a day, and since you will be driving, I will tell you that parking is convenient and the location is good.
The accommodation is clean and nice. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
There is a small open-air bath on the rooftop, which I used for free.

Vvinnci ChanI booked this hotel without driving a car and just by myself and a friend because the location was just behind the wedding place by a walk within 10 minutes the next morning. We took bus YKB 888 from Naba to here in the afternoon, and the bus stop name was the hotel name, which was easy to find and bring a suitcase to walk. One thing to have been careful of was you might prepare a dinner box by 7-11 / Family Mart, etc., before you arrive there because there are not easy to have hot food if you are not driving, especially at night.
