around 35-40 mins from the Ishigaki airport and around 10-15 mins drive from the Ishigaki down town. location is good
lives in ocean view twin room. the room is spacious and clean. also close to Ishigaki Bold Kitchen which we have dinner and breakfast there.
Just the BOLD kitchen was too many people in the morning and have to wait for 20-25 mins for table (and you cannot make reservation for breakfast)
the poolssss and other facilities are excellent
for non Japanese speaker , the hotel cannot offer rental car pick up and return at hotel which could be improved. but they allowed me to return the car at hotel which save me some time and cost.
not many staff speak english in the resort so you probably need more time to communicate with the staff if you are non Japanese speaker. thanks to google translate more problem could be solved.

Outstanding
CCmt1211Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!
GGuest UserHotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well.
Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use.
Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday.
Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island.
Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.
GGuest UserOverall good hotel, however location is not very good it’s very from city centre and buses don’t go often. Taxi’s are expensive even for a short ride and for public transport you have to walk far to the bus stop and in the evening it’s quite dark. When you want to go to the airport same story, far walking from and to the bus stop with luggage. It’s better to stay in the city centre, because near this hotel there is ‘t much interesting going on, it’s very quiet in the area and very boring.
RRIEIt is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk 3 minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks!
The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it!
I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for 3 nights!
I bought a 5 day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (1 days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing.
The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!
吴吴The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.
AAnonymous UserI'll see the sea when I open the window.
It was very beautiful and I've been looking at it.
the windows are big, so you can see them until it's dark.
I thought it was the best!
I wanted to see it all the time if it was nice in the morning.
I was sorry for the cloudy sky, but the sea was still
It was good because it was blue and beautiful!
I was only explained lightly at the front desk
Welcome drinks at the Viking corner.
i knew there was something, and i put the elevator paper on it.
I know it for the first time, and I check in at Viking.
I was confused.
The cleaning was well done in the room, but it was a little disappointing that the toilet paper was not triangular or there was a dirt in the bed sheets.
The scenery is the best, but I was worried about various things and I wrote it.
Thank you.
HHARUKIThere is a famous beach called Maezato nearby, so it is convenient for swimming and playing. There are two large supermarkets (San-A and Max Value) within a 12-13 minute walk, so it is convenient for shopping. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant and a ramen shop 100 meters from the hotel, and if you walk a little further, there are creative cuisine restaurants and rice restaurants, so it is not inconvenient for eating out. It offers all the usual hotel services, so it can be said to be one of the more comprehensive hotels of its class. There are few types of breakfast, but the taste is decent and it is enough to hold your appetite. The only complaint I have is the size of the room; even if three beds fit in, there is not enough space to open up a suitcase.
SShoichiroFollowing last year, I stayed at 2 for the first time, and this time I stayed at 2.
The biggest advantage here is the location and reasonable price.
The Euglena Remote Island Terminal is the base for sightseeing, including the Yaeyama Islands. You can reach this remote island terminal in 4 or 5 minutes on foot after leaving the room. Also, the entrance to the inn is located in the shopping street of Euglena Cape Mall, so it is convenient to buy souvenirs, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby, which is exactly the center of Ishigaki Island. This time I was able to stay here for less than 3,000 yen per night for single 1. As the signboard of the inn also says For Backpacker, it is a simple facility, but there is no particular concern about hygiene, the rooftop can be used, and the receptionist was very kind. I'm a type of eating and drinking outside, so I don't use much space, but I think it's good for those who like to talk to other guests. I think it's good to stay with a friend and talk with awamori in the Yuntaku space, and there are tables and benches on the rooftop, so I think it's good to talk while eating and drinking. It is recommended for those who value the price, but can't give up the convenience.
GGuest UserThe front desk felt a bit strange on the 5 floor.
It was a night stay, but it is a beautiful room. It feels a little narrow.
I used coin laundry. Thank you for the detergent, but
The dryer is not dry at all and cannot be used.
Bath towels, face towels, garbage bags are new every morning.
I was saved by leaving it in front of the door.
the coffee machine is free to the front desk.
I used coffee several times, but I was in the room
I wanted you to leave a drip coffee.
It's very easy because it's right next to Euglena Mall.
Location is good enough to see the city from the smoking balcony on the 5 floor
I think the location is different if it is not from the 5 floor or more.
But it's convenient, so I might want to use it again.
