South Goa Hotels with Shuttle Service

The resort is beautiful and very well laid out. The pool is very big so plenty of room for a swim. There is also a swim-up bar. We received a very nice welcome and all the staff were friendly, attentive and smiling throughout our stay. The resort is approximately 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach which didn’t get busy throughout the time we spent there. The sunset was a sight to behold too. There isn’t much around the hotel except for a small village up the road with a few shops and a supermarket. There are taxis outside the hotel and they are very cheap compared to the UK obviously. We found the food to be excellent. I like spicy food and there was much variety and I enjoyed sampling the many different dishes on offer. My partner doesn’t enjoy very spicy food but she enjoyed some of the curries and always found the alternatives to the local cuisine enjoyable. We also had a lovely meal in the La Bonita restaurant which isn’t included in the all inclusive package. There is plenty of drinks choice too and we found the cocktails enjoyable. My girlfriend loved the white wine as well. The room was spacious and clean and the large walk in shower was very nice. I would say the room isn’t quite at four star standard but the rest of the hotel is. We didn’t get a good signal on the TV which wasn’t really a problem. We only wanted to have it on in the background while relaxing before going out for our evening meal. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the room but as we got further away it was hit and miss for example while we were sunbathing around the pool. We had to get up quite early to secure sun beds on the days we wanted to stay at the hotel. We realised after two days we would have to be up at about 6:30am to secure beds around the pool by taking our towels outside. This may annoy some guests. There is space for a few more sun beds around the pool. My partner did observe staff removing towels on sun beds that weren’t being used to free some up for people around pool side. We also noticed there were more available in the afternoon generally. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Heritage and wished we were staying for a few more days.

The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

Very nice day , pleased and stuff perfect beach It was a great experience in Holiday Inn. We were part of a wedding group and everything the arrangement everything was really good. The best part was the beach excess was the best part of the state. The rooms were also pretty good. The staff was also helpful and the food was good.

What a fantastic resort/hotel. The staff were great, food in the restaurants superb with all tastes catered for. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day by the team of Saineth, Sudarshan and Chetan who were so polite and left us most days with bed decorations made from towels including an elephant, two swans that made a love heart and others. Special mention also to Ayush, the acting manager and his staff at the Mama Mia restaurant for his service and politeness.

The resort is located at a very convenient distance from Dabolim airport at 2.8 km, but it is at an isolated area of central goa with no option to step out for anything like visiting an eatery or just exploring. This makes it just an ideal stop for a night for tourist coming from long distances in south and north goa to board their flights back home. The resort has maintained its greenery and has independent cottages spread over a vast area. However, it is not meant for senior citizens or persons with disabilities or some other ailments as reaching the cottages involves lot of steps and since it is on a slope, also lot of walking. It is good for families with young children as there is a lot to do around the resort. The owners need to focus on the maintainance of cottages which seem to be rather in neglected shape. Showers, drawers, cupboards, hot water kettle etc. need some serious attention. The main restaurant is located at one corner of the resort, which again makes itdifficult for almost half the occupants as it involves walking and climbing up and down steps from cottages located at the other end. Restaurant closes from 3-4.30pm which means if you check in at 3.05pm and havent had your lunch....you have 2 choices....remain hungry till it re opens or order online from outside...it is allowed to get outside food. There are some awesome views of the ocean and it has 2 swimming pools but unfortunately maintainance is not upto the mark. Definitely with better management this resort could become more than a one night stop.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

At the end of our 3 week trip through India and Nepal, we wanted to relax for the last 3 days in Goa - Beleza by the Beach exceeded our expectations. Wanting a relax time, with excellent service, we decided on a boutique hotel in South Goa. We couldn’t have discovered a better place. Sandwiched between a rice paddy on one side, and the ocean on the other, it was both tranquil and fun. The restaurant was the best hotel restaurant of our trip. The menu was varied and all of the options looked wonderful. The seafood tasted like it was just taken from the ocean. We had a 2.5 lobster, tiger prawns, and sea bass - prepared perfectly. Chalton - our personal bartender and server - made us feel so welcome. The Peoples Beer he suggested for us, and the cocktails he made with the local gin and Feni, were so much fun! The beautiful Indian wedding - where everyone was so welcoming and gracious - was an added bonus. We had front row seat both nights, while dining in the restaurant, to watch the celebration and service. We cannot say enough good things about Beleza By the Sea - the beach is quiet with a lifeguard - the pools clean and fresh. Our room and the grounds were so clean. The director of housekeeping - Salvo - and our room attendant Frederick - did a wonderful job. The breakfast and staff were perfect. We enjoyed the fresh juice and milkshakes, omelets and Dosa made on site and the many Indian dishes. Vishka was a sweet hostess, she welcomed us each morning, and tried to get us a table on the patio overlooking the Rice Paddy each morning. Thanks Beleza for the special stay!

its really good hotel, location wise execellant those who want to come for business trip. price and facility is really good. and food quality is really good. i will recommend this hotel those who are coming from train from outside and also want to go again by train so this hotel is really good.

Food is the best. I’ve seen many property this properties too good if you are a golfer, you should visit this.
