As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Disappointing Experience at Peerless Hotel – Needs Improvement I stayed at the Peerless Hotel on 12th January with my girlfriend, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. 1. *Unprofessional Receptionist Behavior:* - The receptionist on duty at 11 AM lacked knowledge about hotel laws and policies. He repeatedly made unprofessional and incorrect statements, including misinformation about couple-friendly policies. - Despite confirming our booking in advance and being assured that the room was ready, we were unnecessarily delayed for over an hour before being checked in. 2. *Booking Mismatch:* - Our booking clearly stated a king-sized bed, but we were given a room with two single beds. - The listing also mentioned amenities like a bathtub, which were missing entirely. 3. *First Impressions Matter:* - While other staff members were polite and professional, the receptionist's attitude and approach left a negative impression. He needs proper training on customer service and handling guests respectfully. Peerless Hotel is known for its reputation, but such incidents can tarnish its image. I urge the management to address this issue, ensure accurate listings, and train their staff to deliver a seamless and pleasant customer experience.

Great location, value, excellent rooms and room service for a very affordable price. I have srayed in this hotel twice now. You will get everything that you might need in and around. Right around the ground floor entrance, there areresraurants, street food, a liquer departmental store, and car park. The biggest mall is about 5 mins walk. Great connectivity as very close to the local transport hub. Its a very safe neighbourhood and the staff are well trained and cordial. This is the reason its our goto hotel every year in Dec for my school union.

GGuest UserIt was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

GGuest UserProperty is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.
