Unfortunately I was here for business so I did not select my hotel. The rooms are small; there was no space to fully open my suitcase. I was there for two weeks. It would probably be ok for a weekend trip, but not more. The worst part was probably no air conditioning and I was on a very high floor. The option was sweat to death at night or leave the window open and get eaten by mosquitoes. It was very unpleasant. As for the cleaning, I only got service about once every five days. Once when I came back there was a sugar packet wrapper in my sink, the trash wasn't taken out and the towels/toilet paper wasn't replaced so I had to go down and ask for it at the desk. It looked like someone stopped mid cleaning.

I chose the Olympic Hotel as it was closed to the clinic where I underwent a surgery. I want to share my positive feedback for the highly professional service provided by Eric, the evening staff member at the Reception. Eric made sure I had all I needed to spend a comfortable night, and ti attend my medical check on my departure date. For the rest, the property is cosy and the breakfast includes a good variety of food. Rooms are not big, but for Paris' average prices it remains a good deal. Hotel recommended from me :)

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Many thanks, David! Philip Hong Kong

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe service was great although if you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As many other mentioned the breakfast service is very good. It is really close to the metro 10, which connects easily to the centre of Paris. The area is quite and safe at night. However, as soon as you go into the air feels stuffy. I had to use the stairs up to my room because the elevator button was not working, and I started coughing immediately. The stairs had no ventilation and every floor has a carpet that smelled mouldy. The smell is really strong up the stairs and in the room I stayed. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to help with the smell, but I still coughed the whole night. I had to use my inhalor every night (I carry it just in case, but don't use it on a regular basis). I would suggest the hotel to wash the curtains regularly and clean the carpets more often. Also to open the windows before guests arrive.
This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend
GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent for the sporting events in the area, in this case, Roland Garros. It’s a 25 minute walk to the stadium which sounds a lot but that’s mainly because when you get near the stadium, there’s a lot of traffic direction. The double room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent, really busy as the hotel was packed with tennis people, but everything was kept well stocked. The bar area looks like it’s designed for children (low tables and cushion chairs) but was comfortable enough when getting back from the stadium at nearly midnight and we could still get a drink. Definitely recommend.
GGuest UserThe apartment is simple and basic, and shares a front desk and lobby with the hotel next door. Maybe it was very busy during the Olympics, there was a puddle of cleaning fluid on the floor when you entered the door. The front desk was friendly and polite, but it was unclear that children did not need to pay city tax, and two adults and two children had to pay city tax for 4 people. And the city tax price has also increased compared to before. In short, the price for the Olympics is not worth it, but it is still a good choice for a family trip during normal times. There are kitchen facilities and the space is relatively large. There are several places to eat downstairs, and it is walking distance from the Prince Stadium.
Had a really great stay here, and great value too! Spacious & very comfortable room, with an excellent bed, matress and possibly the world’s most fluffy pillows to sleep on. Thanks to the host Guillaume for all the amazing Paris recco’s as well. We had the best time and will be back to check out the hotel’s rooftop bar which we didn’t manage to do this time around.
Enjoy the area it was clean and attractive and safe area in Paris. it’s a great place to stay and the travel into downtown Paris is about 20 minutes. The metro is very close and note that it can be crowded especially at city centre. A lot of people take this route. Hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy.
GGuest UserVery convenient location. Metro line 9 station Porte de Saint Cloud is across the road. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Clean rooms though not very big sufficient for 1 or couple. Breakfast is good. Coffee is complementary through out. Have a small bar and some basic food. Locality is good and restaurants, stores are available in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.
丁丁志伟The room is really small, it has a fight with the hotel in Hong Kong, but it is very clean, but the sound is not very good, a few Indians next door, three speeches are loud. It’s convenient nearby
Hotel very well located and a stone's throw from the metro. 10 minutes from the trocadero.... quiet. Very friendly welcome, we arrived at 11 a.m. no problem getting the room. Nice hotel, well maintained. Drinks, fruit juices, coffees, tea...unlimited day and night at reception, don't hesitate to come down and help yourself. The rooms are a little small but pleasant, impeccable soundproofing on the street side we heard no noise, on the corridor side, no noise. Impeccable and pleasant bedding. Downside in the bathroom, there were hairs left in the shower, and for us there was a lack of large bath towels. All-you-can-eat breakfast, copious and not. We'll come back!
GGuest UserThe room and bathroom are quite big, not too crowded, beyond expectations. Parking around is very convenient. In addition to the sound insulation is not very good, others are good. Great value for money.
