A very unique Soviet-style courtyard style, single-family house, quiet and quiet! The private hot spring is very clean. The pool is suitable for 3-4 people to soak in. Hardware: The room is very new! The bed was very comfortable! The bedding is also very clean! There is air conditioning and floor heating, and the room is very warm! The bath water is very hot and large, but it is not convenient to adjust the water temperature. You have to read the instructions in the shower room carefully. But there are not enough chairs in the room. The family room we booked only has a double sofa and limited tables. It is recommended to add more!
Breakfast: There are not many varieties, but surprisingly they all taste good. But the location is not easy to find. It is strongly recommended to add signage.
Details: Strengthen! There is no phone in the room and it is inconvenient to contact the front desk. It would be better to add ”Please clean now” and ”Do not disturb” signs.
Service: General waiters really need better training! The smiley face to greet guests and the awareness of proactive service are not enough, but fortunately after the problem was reported, the manager and the waiters solved it one by one! AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.
