The overall room feels very big, stepping into the room, the first feeling is very clean. 服務：訂房以後會有小姐姐聯繫我們對接入住事項告訴我停車位置還有房間的無線網贈送服務，還貼心的提醒裏送水果，都能做到有求必應，民宿服務不管是餐廳還是前台客房安保都很好讓人很舒心
設備：房間裏面智能控制系統很方便而且還不需要插卡取電這個太讚了，民宿也很安全衹有房卡才能進入。淋浴間的花灑馬桶也是大品牌能看得出這一家民宿是有追求的
衞生：房間雖然是木質結構但是衞生很乾凈一進去，衞生沒有什麼死角。櫃子還有床上的被子都是很乾凈很衞生，衞生間還很貼心準備了濕廁紙和一次性馬桶墊紙！
我們這一次定的房間是住宿用餐一起的性價比真的很高四個菜兩人吃都很飽，菜的味道分量也很足我們後面又去餐廳吃了一次因為真的太好吃了服務又好環境又好，大家如果來洪江玩可以住這一家環境好還能在陽台吃飯賞景[愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心]

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The room is transparent from north to south, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. It is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Heping Lake to see the night view. The room also comes with yogurt + dessert, which is very thoughtful. Whether it is the front desk during this stay The ladies in the guest room are very enthusiastic and the service is very professional. Children love the hotel's robots. One time, the robot was arranged to deliver children's slippers, and another time, children's toothbrushes. It was so cute, hahahaha. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. OOlga1. Insanely slow check-in - at least 25 minutes at the reception (and this is with bonuses from trip.com - fast). 2. It is stated that they speak English at the reception - they lie, do not speak, laugh. 3. Non-smoking floor. In the morning I woke up from the smell of cigarettes. Although yes, on the doors of this floor it is written no smoking. But no measures are taken (they could write a fine for smoking, maybe it would help). The smell of smoke greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. 4. The hotel is modern. Clean rooms. Clean linen. It is very pleasant to walk around the hotel, everything sparkles with cleanliness. There is a gym, inside there is water, towels, exercise machines, dumbbells - everything is thought out. There is a laundry - 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with powder. And everything is gorgeous here. Everything is cleaned, not a speck of dust. The room itself - you will admire it, very pleasant. The hotel is gorgeous, with big BUTs. Delight in the hotel itself and minuses of the administration, the people who are the face of the hotel. Make a fine for smoking on some floors and non-smokers will feel comfortable. GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

There was a rickshaw next to the front desk which was suitable for checking in and taking photos. You need to swipe your card to take the elevator to the next floor. The security system is quite good. The room is also relatively clean. Although the room is not very big, it is quite warm. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a gym with relatively complete equipment and facilities. The hotel's breakfast is better than the one at McDonald's, and the taste is more suitable for our children. Overall, it is quite affordable to rent a room for more than 100 yuan near the train station. I am very satisfied.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for.
