The room is very big, clean, very hygienic, and very quiet. Opposite is a square, which is very lively at night and full of life. It's great. I heard that there was a fireworks show on New Year's Eve, but I didn't catch it. I will definitely come and see it next time! Kitty, the lobby manager, is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me upgrade the room for free. The service is very good. I really feel at home and I am very satisfied!

MMikaP9292The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs, on the first floor there's a coffee shop (Cotti Coffee) which was very convenient for a coffee lover like myself. I'm quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.

Breakfast is very rich. The service is very good. I will choose this restaurant next time I come to Bengbu. The parking lot underneath is also very convenient.
