The Good: The location is great, walking distance. The rooms are well insulated from sound. Parking is very convenient, right under the hotel, with direct elevator access. The hotel lobby is clean and efficient. Breakfast was nice... with great espresso machines. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The Bad: The wifi was spotty. We had to open the room door just to connect. Ironic to call this ”ArtHotel” when the walls are mostly bare. There are no USB ports in the room and of course they use a keycard system for the electricity, so you can't charge your devices if you aren't in the room. The Ugly: They use a very strong cleaning/disinfection agent. So strong that we didn't want to have them clean the room while we stayed because the scent was overpowering for hours after the housekeepers left.

A very beautiful hotel in the mountains. We really enjoyed our weekend away in the seclusion of Grau Roig. The suite we had was wonderful, a great view, a superb sleep in a very comfortable bed and wonderful facilities. The spa was very much enjoyed, it’s upgraded facilities were great. The food is amazing, we dined in the tasting room one evening and in the La Fromagerie on our second night, both dinners were delicious. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection available. I have to mention our sommelier Thomas, great cocktails, very knowledgeable about the wines and a very welcoming host. The overall experience about this hotel is made fantastic by the staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly and you’re made to feel at home from the minute you arrive. We’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I have just had a wonderful ski week in Soldeu/ El Tarter based at the Hotel Canaro. The hotel was excellent, cosy, warm, spacious rooms, staff excellent and very efficient shuttle bus to the slopes in El Tarter. However the best thing for us was really excellent vegan food in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their food from what I could tell. We were delighted with four courses every evening in the Crystal Ski package deal. Would recommend highly.

Excellent
DdelphilionJust next to the iconic Andorra building, the starting point of the standard city center and pedestrian street - ”twisted clock”, the two people book a room with a terrace is very emotional, and one person doesn't matter. The room is quite big. Breakfast is good, there are several kinds of fried eggs to choose by yourself, If you don't understand, say the first one, change every day. The front desk is very welcoming, Europeans are like this. The room has an electric kettle. Below the clock is the unnamed river, the river is endless, the cherry blossom season is very beautiful, and it is like Dongguan. It takes ten minutes to walk to the famous hot springs and the iconic Andorra building.
NNuanjuflaThe hotel is perfectly located.
We take half-pension, full breakfast but and the best unable dinner, three first, three seconds and three posters to choose, all prepared quality, so you don't eat a thousand things from the buffet.
We will repeat as soon as we can.
SSHENGNANThe room is a suite, very comfortable and warm. The hotel's own parking lot is more expensive, you can park in the open-air public parking lot opposite the gate, it is much cheaper. Basically Andorra walks to the city center, and likes the city, the air is good, except for no special Chinese food. It is very confusing for the hotel to charge an extra 7-year-old child 40 euros a night, no extra bed, no breakfast, no extra toiletries, nothing, this money is very wrong! Although some hotels in Europe do pay for extra thirds, they are basically unable to sleep with adults and large children, so this is a bit dissatisfied!
GGuest UserThe room was very tiny, but the bathroom was almost the same size. It was nice and clean, but we could hear absolutely everything through the door from the hallway. The floor was quite noticably slanted, but the bed was positioned so that the headboard was uphill so to speak, so in the end the slanting didn't cause a problem. Thankfully the hotel offers parking (paid extra), as it would have otherwise been a nightmare. There is a short duration parking spot in front of the hotel entrance for unpacking and checking in, but it seemed to be occupied at all times by someone other than hotel guests. We also couldn't figure out how to get on the other side of the road, as anywhere we drove, turning there wasn't allowed. Luckily it was possible to drive our car straight to the hotel's parking garage without checking in first. There was an intercom at the entrance to allow for this, but it was almost impossible to hear anything through it.
A perfectly located hotel right in the city centre. It has its own parking in a secure garage underneath the hotel. It's quite tight in there and we were very lucky to get a space. It's quite expensive at €26 per night. Our room was comfortable, the decor was dated but everything was functional. Tea and coffee was provided but only decaff coffee. We went to have a look at the pool, which looked great! We didn't have time to use it, unfortunately! The gym was large too, although the equipment was dated. Water was provided in the room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed in Andorra!
Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.
LLULUBreakfast buffet is not comparable to domestic, but Europeans are quite conscience. The location is slightly off, very close to the station. But the entire city of Andorra is not large, and it is only a few steps away. The facility is slightly older and less soundproof, and you will hear the sound of the corridor. Everything else is OK.
叶叶落知秋秋无意The city of Andorra is relatively small, the hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the scenery is good. The lobby of the hotel is large, the rooms are large, clean and the beds are oversized. Under the floor is the restaurant, very convenient. Parking underground garage, but charges.
Rrongyi51This price is really high, a bit unexpected! Originally, foreign hotels have been booked on websites such as Booking. The hotel is only 300 meters away from the valley stone house, and about 750 meters away from the long-distance bus station. From the window of the room, you can see the opposite mountain completely, very powerful! There are several supermarkets not far from the left and right of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but obviously aging, especially complaining; only a power socket is equipped at the entrance! Very inconvenient. In addition, all other parts of the room are very clean, but only the bed has long hair and obvious stains! Really a rat shit...?
