"The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room"

"The room is very nice, cost-effective, free parking, average breakfast, and there is a church nearby, and there is also a restaurant, which is OK. There is no mineral water in the room, saying that it is for environmental protection. There is a water heater in the corridor, and you can drink hot water"

"The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!"

"I was on a business trip to attend an exhibition, and since there weren't many hotels nearby, I booked this one. Chinese people usually need to know some English to communicate more easily. The overall facilities were pretty good, including a gym. The environment was pretty good."

"The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible.
