Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

The front desk lady was very considerate and upgraded the room. When we mentioned that we were traveling with three people, we were short of breakfast, so the manager sent it to us. She was enthusiastic in answering questions and provided prompt service. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hot water in the shower was not hot enough and the drain was a little slow. It would be perfect if we improved it.

The location of the hotel is very good, located in the city center, it is convenient to drive to any scenic spot, it can be reached within half an hour, the hotel service is also very good, use the enterprise WeChat to call the front desk in basic seconds, free parking, breakfast variety is also very rich, tastes good, the bed in the room is also very comfortable, Very close to the waist, sleep very peacefully, next time I come to Qingyuan, I will live again 😁

I guess it has just been renovated, but the room still feels stuffy. 2. The whole hotel has a fragrant aroma. If you smell it for a long time, you will feel uncomfortable. If you smell it deeply, you can still smell the newly renovated smell, so we always sleep with the windows open. 3. All facilities and equipment are very new. The voice assistant Xiaozhi Butler is not very smart. The most annoying and frustrating thing is the smart light after turning off the lights at night and going to bed. If you put your feet slightly outside the bed, the bedside lamp will turn on. And hallway lights! ! ! (The front desk reminder to turn on the do not disturb mode is useless) 4. The TV has already been turned off, and will turn on automatically after a while, over and over again. Finally, the only option is to unplug the power before going to bed. 5. Can hear the sound of TV sets and voices in other rooms 6. Currently the gym only has table tennis tables and badminton courts 7. Breakfast currently only has porridge, noodles, rice + various steamed buns➕corn, sweet potato and eggs 8. The pillow is too high. It is recommended to use a high pillow➕low pillow 9. It is recommended that guests open the windows for ventilation after checking out. 10. The positioning on the Amap map is incorrect. Can it be adjusted if possible? In short, the hotel is very big, the equipment is new and parking is convenient, but I hope the details can be better

The room is comfortable and the river view is charming. We came during the May Day holiday and there were too many people. We waited for a long time for cleaning, but it was finally solved. It is an old hotel. The family room overlooks the river. The hotel has a good location, by the river, next to the Qingyuan Municipal Government, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The boss was very welcoming and drove over to pick me up. The room was nice and close to Meilin Lake. It only took about 7 or 8 yuan to get there by taxi. The transportation was convenient.
