"The selling point of the tea banquet double bed is the soup pool downstairs. The upstairs room has two beds and a bathroom. It is recommended to add a chair. Breakfast is delivered to the room but you have to sit on the bed to eat. The temperature dropped that night and the wind was estimated to be below 10 degrees. The water in the pool was obviously not hot enough, so I had to manually boil a few more pots of hot water and pour it in. The air conditioner in the room has heating to last, so you are not afraid of being cold. You can go to the town to buy fireworks, which will be half cheaper than buying at the front desk. There are no farms within 4 kilometers nearby, so you have to drive to a place 6 kilometers away to eat. The homestay does not provide refrigerator freezer storage, nor can you bring a lot of things to barbecue hot pot. Minor inconvenience."

"I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. "I stayed on a weekday, and the front desk said I could upgrade to a superior room for free. Facilities: Overall good Sanitation: Good and clean Environment: Comfortable and quiet Free parking is available at the door. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Gulong Gorge for rafting. "My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. "First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around."
