"The hotel is in a great location, short walk to train station. Room is dated but still clean and comfortable. Noted that they have started doing renovation on certain floors The room facilities & toiletries are good, especially the powerful Laifen hairdryer😍 which is lacking in other hotels. Free minibar too!😍 Front desk staff are warm & helpful. Special thanks to Tan Liang who helped to us with Didi Taxi booking and asked the doorman to tell the driver to drop us at the specific entrance at the Railway Station."

"Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!"

"It’s not the cheapest option but you are paying for convenience and a hotel well above basic standard. For those traveling and don’t know any mandarin, this won’t be a problem. Friendly staff, nice rooms (balcony is a strange design flaw I have to admit). Be brave and enjoy the Chinese food. Much nicer than the Western options"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Super Comfortable Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! I only stayed one night at Ziyi Tianyue Nanjing South Railway Station Hotel, but the experience was so good that I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. Right from the start, the service stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered free laundry service, and when I used the self-service machine at night, they still called my room once it was done. That level of thoughtfulness really made a difference. Later that night, they even brought me free watermelon. It might seem like a small thing, but it was sweet (in every sense of the word) and made me feel truly looked after. They also gave me a room upgrade, and when I asked for a late checkout due to my train schedule, they arranged it without hesitation. The whole experience felt warm, generous, and honestly worthy of a 5-star rating. One thing that really impressed me was how considerate they were toward me as a foreign guest. Since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, they lent me theirs so I could order food delivery—something I didn’t expect at all and really appreciated. A big shoutout to 小梅 and 小左 at the front desk. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help—from check-in to recommending great places to eat and visit in Nanjing. They truly made me feel welcome. The room itself was great: clean, cozy, and equipped with modern features like a smart toilet, Xiaodu voice assistant, and even a robot that delivers food to your room. It felt high-tech but still very comfortable. The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a gym—but honestly, with everything else being this good, especially for the price, it’s a very small thing. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Nanjing. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!"

"Overall a good hotel with all the necessary amenities. The welcome snacks were a nice surprise. The stuff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of foods to choose from. It’s located near the metro station which makes it easy to access other parts of the city. It’s also one stop away from Nanjing South Railway Station which is very convenient for those coming in by train. Overall a good experience!"

"We had a wonderful time at Shangri-la. The room had a great view of the Xuan Wu lake. It has a walk-in closet and a huge bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is offered on the 2nd and 40th floors. Both sides offered a good selection of western and local cuisine. The afternoon tea offered a wide selection of food and drinks as well. There is a well-equiped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They also offered jogging guide around the Xuan Wu lake. Service is excellent. Staff is thoughtful and always looking out for our needs. They provided more of my favorite drinks in the mini bar without us asking for it. We had a wonderful experience there. The hotel is next to the metro line 1 and really accessible to several places of interest like Nanjing Museum, Xuan Wu lake, Xinjiekou shopping district, Qinhuai River, Confucius Temple, Laomendong, Presidential Palace Museum and Dabaoen temple museum. We had a wonderful experience there and we will definitely return if we are in Nanjing."

"I had a morning flight so I chose to stay at the hotel, which was very convenient. Facilities: Everything is available, but the toothbrush is very poor, so I suggest you bring your own toothbrush. Environment: The boss will pick you up at Tongshan Station on Line S9, which is quite convenient. He will also send you to the airport in the morning, which is very convenient and time-saving. "I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!"
