We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported.

Before arriving in Litang, I didn’t expect that there is such a lovely hostel located in the center of this small town. Also greeted with the host, he kindly recommended what to do, where to go and showing me the 30 year-old ******* style hostel building. Really appreciate his generosity during my short stay there. This hostel is also very friendly to international travelers like us, since there is sitting toilet(rare in China) and host also speaks English! I guess I am a loyal fan of Aruo Kangba! Mr. Zhaba, the owner of the B&B, is also a friend for many years. I am very happy to have such a long review today. Haha, it is also the longest review... because it is not easy to build such a thoughtful B&B while preserving the old walls... It deserves respect! The old outer walls of this B&B are well preserved, the rooms inside are very comfortable, the restaurant and bar are in the same large space, and I like the grand lobby very much. Each building has a small courtyard, and the outdoor platform is a complete paradise on earth. The Wuliang River and grassland are right in front of you, making it the best place to take photos and check in. The staff said there was a black tent next to it, but I didn't go to see it. It was so comfortable to sit on the outdoor terrace and drink a cup of coffee. I didn't want to move at all. I especially want to talk about the service. The service attitude of every staff member was really very good. The waiters were all local and you could see their smiles at any time. The breakfast is also very exquisite and tastes good. The manor has an all-natural hot spring that they provide free of charge. When I heard the waiter's introduction, I learned that the manor washes and disinfects the linens by themselves, which is really not easy. The manor can also arrange horseback riding experiences for apprentices. I highly recommend this manor to everyone!

There was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

Facilities: The room is fully equipped. The smart toilet, projection, floor heating, and oxygen concentrator can fully meet our accommodation needs. It may be because the weather is cold, and the floor heating shows 20 degrees until we go to sleep. The room is still a little cold. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket. We Had a good night's sleep. Hygiene: Hygiene details are also very good. It can be seen that it is a newly opened B&B, and all the equipment is new. I am very happy. Environment: We arrived late last night because of snow, and we couldn't find the location of the B&B at first. The boss was very considerate to pick us up on the road, and even lit the fireplace in the lobby in advance. It's a real fireplace! It's a wood-burning one. It's freezing outside, but once you enter the B&B, it's warm and exciting. Service: When it comes to service, it deserves a five-star rating. The owner of the B&B helped us order food using his app (more cost-effective than **), and also provided us with poker cards to play. The three of us were warming up by the fireplace in the lobby. Eating takeout and playing cards after dinner, it felt like the whole place was reserved for the whole family! When we set off the next day, they provided us with effective snow removal tools, which was very considerate. Everyone can choose this kind of B&B!
