It's a very good hotel and this is my second time staying. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel was great with amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are spacious enough but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Not enough space to even move around.

Having in Prime location and Taj experience was awesome & quick service for all requests and they had a wide range of buffet breakfast

Every year we plan vacation and fail to book in time and ultimately land within Chennai. This year too no exception! Thanks to the entire team at OMR Vivanta for their tandem cooperation and service. The products are eco consciously made great beginning. You should offfer discount to guests who prefer non shower bath option.Reducing wastage of water. Water saved is water conserved. Special mention to Senthil at Front Dedk. At the food spread you may add traditional South Indian delicacies, be it sweets or savoury. Keep up the Good work

I recently had the pleasure of availing house cleaning services from Samik Annu, who stayed for 4 days at House No. 204. I must say, the service provided by Samik Annu and Hussen was truly outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, both of them displayed a high level of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. What truly impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile. When I mentioned an issue with the air conditioner, Samik Annu promptly contacted the technical person, who arrived quickly and fixed the issue within minutes. Later, when I told the AC technician that I was feeling cold and wanted the AC to turn off for some time and turn on again as needed, he didn’t just explain how to operate it—he went a step further and set up an automation based on my comfort preferences. That was truly amazing and thoughtful, and it added so much convenience to my stay. Even though Samik Annu is the manager, he personally helped with tasks like making the bed to speed up the process and ensure everything was done perfectly. The house was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and everything was left spotless. Because of this exceptional service, I strongly recommend having Samik Annu assigned again during my future visits. He is proactive, reliable, and genuinely cares about providing the best experience possible. 10/10 service – highly recommended! Thank you to Samik Annu, Hussen, and the amazing AC technician for making my stay so smooth, clean, and comfortable.

I had a great stay here. The staff were super friendly and very helpful namely Sarat, Kavita and Rashmi and other staffs as well.The restaurant food was amazing and the beds were super comfy. I should definitely come back to this hotel. You guys should too.
