The hotel is clean and comfortable though it is not spacious.

Very fine and good service

The boss couple are very nice. We asked them a lot of questions, and they answered them patiently. They even made a special call for us to ask. We booked the largest tatami room, and it was no problem to put four mats in it. There is a lot of space. The room is big, the room is very clean, the linen is clean and fresh, there is no noise at all when sleeping at night, the facilities are complete and operating normally, the cleaning ladies are very friendly and have bright smiles! The two children rolled, fought and had a lot of fun in the room. Both the adults and children slept well and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great experience! ! After checking out, our bus hadn't arrived yet, so we went back to the lobby sofa to rest and wait. The boss still entertained us warmly. The lady boss also brought us water and snacks. The service was so good that we were embarrassed. It’s trouble for them! Thank you very much to the boss and the proprietress. Transfer at Shinkansen Shizuoka Station to JR Shimizu Station, and then walk a few hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel is not big, but clean and tidy. About 1.5 kilometers away, there is a shopping mall. The third floor of the mall is the Chibi Maruko-chan Museum. Opposite the mall is a waterfront coastline where you can see Mount Fuji. When I checked out, the female boss gave me a small gift with Shimizu characteristics.

The hotel's service attitude is very good, very enthusiastic, and answers all questions. The traditional Japanese politeness makes you feel very comfortable.

We stayed here the night before Tokai University's open campus event. We took the train and walked to the hotel, but it was fun to do some sightseeing while visiting places like the Tuna Museum. Diagonally across the street is an eel restaurant that has been in business for 80 years, and we were very satisfied with the eel rice bowl for dinner. We recommend the Japanese breakfast at this hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying, including the grilled fish. As you would expect from Shizuoka, the home of tea. The tea was delicious.

The front desk staff and employees were very kind. The location is in the city, so it feels like there's a building next door. I brought my own, but I wish they had more amenities for women, such as one-time facial wash and cleansing products. I would like to have just a cotton swab. For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese and Western food, and you could also drink coffee ☕️, which was great!

This is a good hotel to stay alone.

There is also a parking lot in the museum, and there is also a coin-operated parking lot with a maximum of 500 yen for 24 hours. It is a good place to skip meals.
