starting from check in to check out everything was perfect. special mention to the staff of the restaurant particularly Jatin. Food and service both were exceptional. staff toook personal care to make us comfortable,

Just finished our holiday to India and the Radisson Jass was our last stop. This hotel was ideal, location perfect Just a short walk to Mall Rd, but the hotel does run a shuttle service to Auckland tunnel. The hotel is quirky in its lay out, but you have to understand it is built on the side of a mountain. Food was delicious, listen to the staff as the portions are massive. Housekeeping immaculate, with some lovely designs on our bed, Barkha was our keeper and she was star. Cant think of any bad points. Spa is good value too. Highly recommend and was a perfect end to our trip!!

Unfriendly reception staff. Would not give us a room with a better view despite the hotel having only 20%-30% occupancy. Outdated and old hotel. - Moist and Mouldy. My wife became ill. Restaurant prices very expensive despite 10% discount. We were the only diners at the restaurant. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Leak in the bath room. Shower water cold.

Not even a single request made while booking was honoured. I was given a false reason for dishonoring my room request. They were lazy to look at what requests were made in written n then at arrival they were lazy to prepare another room. A brand i will avoid in future. We pay premium price for experience not laziness. Breakfast buffet was substandard. Overall it’s like a 3 star at a price of 5 star.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Shimla, and while it had its moments, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. The hotel's location is convenient, but that's where the positives end. The property itself is surprisingly small, which wasn't what I expected from a Radisson hotel. The rooms are comfortable, but not particularly impressive. The staff was average at best. While they were polite, they didn't go out of their way to make our stay special. The service was slow, and we had to follow up multiple times for simple requests. The WiFi connectivity was terrible, with constant drops in connection and slow speeds. It was frustrating to deal with, especially since I needed to stay connected for work. To make matters worse, the bathroom had leakages from the health faucet and water would flood the floor . It was a hassle to deal with, and I expected better from a hotel of this caliber. The biggest letdown was the price. Considering the hotel's limitations, I felt it was highly overpriced. There are much better options available in Shimla at a lower cost. Overall, while Radisson Shimla has some potential, it falls short in terms of value for money. If you're looking for a luxurious stay, you might want to consider other options. Pros: - Convenient location - Comfortable rooms Cons: - Small property - Average staff - High price - Bad WiFi connectivity - Slow service Room Tip: If you do decide to stay here, ask for a room with a valley view and make sure to check the bathroom for any leakages before settling in.

Very good heritage place with an amazing bakery. Food is good. Only drawback is the various levels the hotel is built in. A bit troublesome foe seniors with athritis. Ow a beautiful scenic place with very good service from the staff. Very cooperative courteous-and helpful staff. Thanks for the comfortable stay. Very well maintained clean property

The property is surely great. Super location. But the staff needs coordination (day staff and night staff). Zero management Especially F&B division One staff commits something while the other refutes (Mr Jayant from FB) They really need to live up “Radisson” brand name
