We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.

Hotel rooms were conjusted and awkward in shape. Location was right on mall road that’s the good part. However one have to spend extra on coolie charges to have the luggage carried to hotel.

Location of the hotel is good. It was mentioned in my booking confirmation voucher that complimentary drinks include 02 pints of beer and complimentary 1 in room dining refreshment featuring cake will be available once during stay at hotel, however the hotel management has not provided the same. On being asked they showed their unawareness about such complimentary offers. Even after seen the booking confirmation voucher, they did not provided above things. The only plus point is location of the hotel and spacious rooms. Behaviour of staff present during breakfast was also very good.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at in India! The room was not clean, we had to ask for the basic amenities like toilet paper. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The access to the hotel is very difficult and cars cannot approach the hotel. The breakfast was with a variety of food but the service was atrocious! They basically grunted at every request we made. There was a lot of street noise in the room at all hours. Overall a terrible experience!

I had a lovely stay here! The view from the room was really beautiful — perfect to unwind and enjoy the moment. The bar had a great atmosphere, and I truly enjoyed a cold beer there after a long day. The room had a nice, authentic feel to it, and soaking in the bathtub was the perfect way to relax. Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing stay. Would love to come back!

Lovely hotel. Beautiful and picturesque surroundings. Helpful and plesant staf. Fabulouse kitchen, the food was excellent. Clean and spaciouse rooms. Perfect location. A taste of the colonial style. There was no smoking and no littering and even no cars (almost) on the Mall road. Less noise and cleaner1 air than we have ever experienced any were else in India
