Beautiful property, a bit expensive but worth the penny..!!

The views were amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much. The service was excellent. From front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping and even the activity team. Everyone made us feel very welcoming especially Muskan, Rajat, Mrityunjay, Kaushal and the housekeeping team. Hope to be back soon, especially during the winters to see the snow!!

Stayed for 2 nights after 9 days of trekking in Himachal. Hospitality by the staff is best in the world. Property is immaculate, tastefully done surrounded by heavenly surroundings. Will highly recommend to all friends and family. Take Valley view room it is worth it.

The entire staff was professional and took pride in providing exceptional service and providing an utmost wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds and surrounding area ***** with the exquisite dining, rooms and other facilities is an experience far beyond severn stars or anything we have experienced anywhere in the world. A must stay for anyone visiting the Shimla Hills.

My wife and I were in Wildflower Hall Mashobra from 23rd to 25th September’24 to celebrate our birthdays that fall in September. We had a memorable holiday at this amazing property nestled between enchanting Himachal hills near Shimla. The hotel is well designed and beautifully maintained. The most outstanding feature was the warm hospitality of the entire staff. They took special care of our every need and request starting from bed tea to all the meals. We were even served a special Himachali dish for breakfast as we happened to mention it. All dishes served were authentic. Khasta kachori with potatoe curry, tomato halwa, Himachali Siddu are some of the dishes we savoured and relished. The bar is another cosy place in the hotel that is manned by friendly staff. Our request for specific whole wheat Indian bread was also met readily by the chef which surely made us happy. Great experience indeed.

Excellent attentive service throughout our stay. It is a beautiful mountain retreat and as with everywhere in that area it is situated on an hill. Lovely views if you are lucky to catch a clear day. Top class catering, an excellent 20m pool, a very good snooker table, and a large bedroom with comfortable day seating. The staff remembered us personally throughout our stay, and our request for assistance was dealt with promptly and with kindness.

Wonderful property with amazing views, great food and the staff could not be more helpful. Part of the Oberio group and they offer exceptional hospitality. Located in a quiet wooded location approx 30 minutes from Shimla town. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay at an oberoi hotel again if budget allows.

So we were woken up by the loud noises from our neighbour’s room at 3:30 AM. We called the front desk twice to complain about the noise. They called us back saying the security had taken care of the situation. However, because it was still noisy my husband had to get up and go to the next door room himself. When my husband got there the drunk neighbour got violent and shoved my husband. There were no security personnel there, only a waiter who in stead of making the drunk guy quiet was just clearing up after him. My husband had to walk up to the front desk in the middle of the night and the staff there instead of taking control of the situation asked us if we would like to be moved. Next day as we were checking out the manager came to speak to us and offered us a hundred “sincere” apologies. When we asked what had they done about the drunk neighbour they said they will address the situation later. When we asked him if they had moved the neighbour to another room he said no he was in the original room (translation: they let him finish his party and rest it out). They even assured us they would take action against the neighbour and would let us know but we haven’t heard a word from the hotel. I’m guessing all the action they have taken is offer a “sincere” apology to the neighbour about our complains. They haven’t even had the courtesy to reply to my husband’s review posted earlier which we know they’ve read because the good reviews posted after us have. As I stated to them as well the drunk loud neighbour was not their fault; how the hotel handled the situation and the humiliation it caused us certainly is
