Right from the start to end of this trip we were taken good care of by the staff members. Be it the welcome staff, dining staff or the hospitality ones, each member takes good care of their clients. Special mention to the excellent food served at their restaurant which made the stay even more pleasurable.

The Resturant experience was average. Food was average and the services are slow. But there are few people who made sure to make things right for everyone.. Chef Vijay who tries his best … Pooja and Deepak were running around to keep all the guests happy. Because of them we were at ease. Rest the room services and the guest services are pathetic in listening and then providing services. There are no basic room amenities like whole fruits and cookies. There were ants running in the room as well. And if u ask for anything they simply deny … The swimming pool was dirty. Steam and sauna wasn’t working. And the management couldn’t stop the crowd who was creating nuisance in the pool and shouting on top of their voice. We have been to thousands of properties but the overall experience was below average here.

The stay here was amazing. Everything starting from the basic amenities, food, indoor activities and views was exceptional. We would like to specially mention Mr. Pankaj from the dining staff for his excellent services and sweet attitude. He was not only proactive to help us with food but also clicking amazing photos! We would definitely like to visit again

We had an amazing stay with the most breathtaking view at ITC Chail, exceptional service and the staff was also very hospitable. Pankaj, Anil Ramesh were very polite with all our demands. Food was the icing on the cake which made our stay even more memorable. Would love to visit again very soon.

The service and the staff is just perfect for making your stay most comfortable. Mr. Anil from housekeeping made your we had everything we needed. We travelled with the kid, so all the requirements were meet, from baby food to everything needed for the kid.

Good things first : 1. Location is serene and nice. 2. View to the Shivalik is awesome. 3. Rooms are spacious and spread with nice decor. 4. Restaurant is a big plus, food is nice 5. Shout out for Restaurant staffs for nicely accommodating our requirements. Not So Good : ============= 1. Travel desk is really point of agony. The person who negotiated with me for our cab requirements had actually tried to 'fool' us. He sent a quotation of Rs 70K for a trip of 4 days. The same trip was arranged by the travel desk of WelcomHotel By ITC Hamsa, Manali in 40K. Even the cab this hotel(Tavleen, Chial) allocated for our drop to Amritsar(15K) was dirty and smelly. They did not even bother to place a 100 rupee car freshner. I have all the emails etc to prove it if required. 2. Front desk is not so friendly. They seemed to be non-responsive and never bothered to act prompt. One request we made had actually required 3 follow-ups. 3. Lights in restroom in our room was not switching off(auto mode). We had to call for help during even midnight and technician came to fix it. Embarrassing to have persons working in the room while my family was kind-of sleeping during midnight.

It was a pleasant stay with ITC chail tej good rooms d facilities of the hotels was so adorable staff was so professional. Had a 2 night stay with my family it's was feel like home. Wants to mention some name who served and feel is so cozy and comfortable Ms pooja Mr Deepak Mr boodhraj and Ms asha from housekeeping.

Good and self contained property . Has enough for all age groups . Service has been excellent. Special mention for house keeping team and Mr. Ramesh who took extra care to suggest and provide hard bed to provide some relief for back pain . Overall a very comfortable stay.
