I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Property, Tavleen chail and I couldn’t be more impressed. The property was immaculate and well maintained. The food inside the property was absolutely delightful. Special thanks to Miss pooja for taking care of us. You’ve been wonderful, thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable.

Good ambience..view from the hotel is great..hotel located at a good spot..staff is very courteous..food is average and over priced..one time visit is fine, as it’s the only nice place en route to Chail..give it a try if money is not a concern..

One of the best properties on hills and that too pet friendly. This is my most heartfelt feedback since the entire staff of welcomhotel, Chail is the warmest and most efficient. They would provide you with anything and everything in a jiffy. We were there for almost 4 days and definitely spoilt with a great hospitality and delectable food, in addition to the most beautiful mountain views. Mr. Deepak is your go to *** here and he will be providing you with the best of food choices. Talking about the rooms and property, the rooms are ultra spacious and quite clean and comfortable. The property has everything for everyone, from an indoor temperature controlled pool to gym, a meditation room to Spa, kids play area to game arcade, you name it and they have it. Sitting in the outdoor space and having your morning masala chai or evening coffee surrounded by gorgeous clouds is one of the best experiences. This one is a sure recommendation for everyone to visit and have a great experience.

Amazing hotel super views of the mountains. It was an amazing and enriching experience for me the food and all the delicacies were amazing as well as the hospitality the staff was amazing and everything was just perfect. Specially thanks to Mr.Harish Deep, Shilpa and bar *** hitesh. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed here on a solo trip and this place didn’t disappoint me at all. Starting from room to the restaurant, everything was superb. I couldn’t figure out a single fault or lapse in service. I would like to recognize Pooja, Deepak, Boodhraj, Saloni, who were outstanding in delivering exceptional service. Overall highly recommended and a must visit place.

My stay was very good I loved it Hospitality was awesome Ramesh and virendra both were very soft spoken and did their work well.. Will advise everyone to visit tavleen And most important Food was excellent and my kids had a lot of fun, as he had lot of activities to do...
