hello, make my trip team, it was such a wonderful experience staying at hotel combermere, main highlight is it's location on mall road , seperate lift of the hotel makes it the most comfortable stay, various eating options in the hotel itself...it's lounge, resturant, cafe all are very good, kids play area was also there for them to play and spend quality time, great ambiance, quick house keeping services, good hotel room with all basic amenities , we will definitely recommend this hotel for stay to our friends and family... thank you so much for making our trip memorable...😊

there are various aspects to review in this hotel. firstly, upon entering the property no parking facility was present. travellers who usually move around Himachal Pradesh, travel by cars and not having a parking facility is a huge problem. check-in was very casual. no documents or identification proofs were asked upon checking up which can be a huge safety concern. while transporting our luggage from the reception to the rooms, the journey is via a huge long ramp, and the luggage wheels get damaged in the process. also the staff were banging the suitcases left right and centre and no care was given to the luggages. there are 3 lifts inside the property and it is quite complicated for guests to move around the property. the rooms were good enough for 2 persons and the washroom was a little old fashioned with no jet-spray next to the washroom area. towels were dirty and yellow in colour. location of the property is excellent since you can reach Mall Road from inside the property. the hotel had 3 cafes and extensive menu. shisha is also available in the hotel cafe. breakfast had limited options, but quality and taste of the food was good. staff was friendly but not very efficient in room dining facility was good and we got all we needed.

Location very good. Facility of lift from cart road upto mall road a useful feature. Rooms a bit smaller than desired. Food reasonably good. Specially this hotel suits young people because of bars, club and other such features

Room was very neat and clean. Checkin was quite smooth. Staff was very cooperative. Location is just appropriate. Food was fresh and good. Quick service. Had great fun staying highly recommended to everyone.

Very bad experience with the hotel. They have been charging for baby food which is usually complimentary for less than 2 years kid in any 4 or 5 star property. I have booked this property to celebrate birthday and mentioned the same to hotel in the special requests but no efforts were made by the hotel to make it special or even wish the guest. They mention private parking but it’s also chargeable. And terrible breakfast with limited sitting and managed by only two server.

Very comfortable room. The staff too were very good and looked after me well. The food is as usual quite good. An interesting concept is the snacks between 3 and 8 pm. The location too is ideal.
