Absolutely loved the experience especially the dining. Very courteous staff. Special mention: Karanvir and Manmohan who took wonderful care of us every time we ate at the restaurant. Also Nirank from reception was always helpful. The room view was wonderful too. All in all a lovely stay.

Great location with gorgeous view and comfortable stay . Staff was Friendly , caring and accommodating as we were travelling with our 2 year old. Breakfast buffet was delicious with huge variety of options. In all we had a relaxing stay. Thank you team for hosting us.

It was one of the most memorable outings we have had. We were a group of 10, including 6 adults and 4 kids. The stay and experience was equally loved by both are parents and kids alike. Awesome and serene location with a very welcoming and warm staff just added to the stars of this place. Kids' play area has been very well designed and is very well equipped keeping our toddlers busy for hours altogether. Amazing open space and lawns.. However the winner clearly was the food!! The breakfast spread and the dinner spread was just just amazing! Not only the quality, the taste but the warmth with which the food was served everytime was awesome. The staff especially Karanvir Singh, Manmohan, Chef Tarun, Chef Sonu and Chef Himanshu were extremely warm, polite and considerate to our requests and customisations making our stay at Welcom Hotel a wonderful experience. A must visit and stay for those looking for a family outing away from the hustle bustle, in a serene location, with warm and pleasant hospitality and just super- amazing food! A clear winner for those with young kids and elderly parents!

Rooms were fabulous.... hospitality was very nice....all the hotel staff specially ( karanvir and the chef ) were very helpful and kind towards our food preferences....prepared specifically jain food for us....overall the stay was very remembering..

I visited WelcomHotel Shimla last week with my family and amazed with the kind of hospitality we received during our stay and nature it is surrounded in. The hotel was nestled in a beautiful valley, surrounded by nature. We were greeted with welcome drinks and Himachali caps, adding a special touch to our arrival. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, but the highlight was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the mountains and valley. We could enjoy the natural scenery right from our bed. We stayed there for four nights and our stay there was nothing less than a dream vacation. I am thankful to the entire hotel team including Mr. Vijay, Mr. Jitender, and Mr. Akash. I am hopeful to visit the place again for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Wonderful expression with the food, specially if you are coming here make sure ask for Karanvir & Mannat’s recommendation. Try the Hiamachali thali at here delicious! The restaurant has cozy ambiance and a gret view. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent hospitality under the guidance of the GM Mr Minocha, the F&B team Dheeraj left no stone unturned to look after us. Great food by chef Tarun, good live music & very attentive service staff. Ever pleasing smiles & attention given by Virender, Sarthak, Karambir, Akash & Mannat is deeply appreciated. We three sisters highly recommend this place for a getaway 🙏🏿
