Rest all good. But kitchen call os not responsive enough. They don't pick the phone 111. Had to call reception many times to talk to kitchen staff. Bathing soap and shampoo not available in bathroom.

Booked and stayed there for 2 nights. The location was good (2 min walk to ISBT. Room service was also prompt. The staff was polite and professional. I was charged ~ which was way too much for the kind of room I was offered. Few reasons I wouldn't recommend this to anyone:
- I found the room flooring not properly cleaned. - There was no heater in the room. For a cold town like Shimla, a heater is a must. - Hill/valley view, for which they charged additional, was partially blocked by a construction building behind the hotel. - While checking out I was waiting at reception for final billing. Overall Experience: I would say the rooms are of average quality can be considered for a short stay there.

The girl sits in front office need to change her attitude towards the guest. If guest make a request she has to take care of it. I think management has to check this. I am also a hotelier that's it's we-rid to hear this type of things.

I stayed at angan for a night with my wife. The pillow covers, blanket and bathroom curtains were dirty. The staff is nice and helpful!

2 min walk from bus stand and on the way. With parking available. We booked a budgeted room. Small and cosy with all basic needs.
