The rooms are pathetic, food was not good, service was not good, I asked for water at 9:30pm as there was no water in the room, but inspite of calling them twice for water they have not delivered till morning, in the morning after calling again yuvraj has delivered it. Food was not fresh

Hotel food and service is very poor we stay there for two nights too much loud sound in hotel we can't sleep in that much loudness . We ask the oner to pack our food as we want to checkout early he said okay pick our food from reception in the morning but while we are going to checkout in the morning there is no food packed for us

My parents Dr. N.K. Dutta and Mrs. Sampa Dutta visited Jade Vine Resort in Jun'22. They enjoyed their stay thoroughly in the resort with a great location and natural views. The staff were courteous and services were also good - quality of food, upkeep of room, lift, parking, etc. The only limitation was the absence of proper facility for night stay of the accompanying drivers. Thanks Jade Vine Resort for making the stay of my parents memorable!

Good location near to Shoghi railway station. Nice valley view outside. Enough space for parking. I booked Deluxe room for 1N by myself that was economic as compared to booking through apps. I would like to recommend for people who want to stay in peace outside city hustle bustle. Amenities were good, delicious food and service was good and prompt. However, a little improvement may turn this place better. Value for money.

We had very bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are badly maintained. Food is pathetic, we will have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes for them to refill the food. Even if you want to eat somewhere else this Hotel is remotely located. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful and happy holiday.
