Good Mountain View rooms neat and clean. Excellent house keeping service, Restaurant service and front desk. They can improve the quality of toilet amenities like shampoo. excellent property, excellent staff and management. The location is the best in Shimla. I C.K. RAJA traveled with 30 persons stayed. Warm reception by front desk staffs. Awesome food both in breakfast and Dinner thanks to Cheff (special thanks to his south Indian foods) Ex ordinary person. Mr. Himansu manager is gem of person. Special compliments to Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Suresh, he is the Gem of property. He treads guest as his relations. Overall, 100% the best property in entire Shimla.

We as a group had the pleasure of staying at The Zion Hotel, Shimla, and it was truly a memorable experience. Right from the warm welcome at our arrival, the excellent room service, and the thoughtful dining experience, every detail was handled with great care. The hotel team went above and beyond in making special arrangements for our group and extending maximum effort to ensure our event was a grand success. A special appreciation goes to the chef for the wonderful food and the delightful variety in the spread, which impressed everyone. The breathtaking location of the hotel, its well-maintained property, and the courteous behavior of the staff further enhanced our experience. The strong support from the management and their presence throughout added a personal touch, making our stay not just comfortable but truly memorable.

Clean hotel. best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. "The staff was great "Miss Archana's attentiveness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable".
