The Zion Shimla

This hotel is very beautiful,Their staff behavior is very nice and their room service is very good,Cleanliness was very good. I am very happy with this hotel 😊 Specially with staff because they are very supportive, polite and kind. Any time like day/night they give us their valuable service.

staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.Good food We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.service was awesome mr Ishwar garg he is very cooperative person. need was anything Ishwar was provide us evrything.thanks to all zion staff.we will visit again.

Wonderful facilities, staff is courteous, neat n clean rooms, food is delicious, has parking facility, view of the hills and the city is superb, prompt service, would definitely recommend for the family Our experience had been great hope they will continue to serve guests in the same manner.

My recent stay at Hotel Zion in Shimla was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of local and continental dishes. One area for improvement is the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was slow at times. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend Hotel Zion for a relaxing stay in Shimla.

It was a beautiful experience, We stayed in executive panoramic view rooms. Rooms and service was 5/5 We also got complementary decoration for the anniversary celebration. However food needs to be improved , None of the meals be it breakfast lunch or dinner was much satisfactory. Also no facility of outside sitting was available this time, which is a mandatory in hill stations. Would still recommend to go for it once.

My stay at The Zion in Shimla was amazing from the very beginning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is situated right at the start of Shimla city. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the cleanliness is top-notch in my opinion. The staff at the front desk are quite engaging and kind, and the housekeeping staff is super friendly, quick to work, and very helpful. This is not my first trip here; I have always chosen Zion for any of my trips to Shimla since 2019. This might be my fifth visit to this hotel. Coming to the food, I had at least two meals a day during my stay, and I must say that the food prepared here is quite comparable to some amazing restaurants. I don't usually enjoy food at hotels, but the chefs at Zion are doing an amazing job of creating the most incredible dishes. They go the extra mile to provide exceptional cuisine. The cleanliness of the restaurant is great, and each and every staff member in the restaurant is caring and friendly. I fell sick during my stay due to natural elements, but the staff at the hotel were quite understanding and cooperative with me and my family. The travel desk here is a great option if you are looking for cabs to nearby destinations, as I compared the cost and everything. To sum it all up, my stay here was amazing, mainly because of the food, staff behavior, view, and ambiance.
