The front desk's customer service was not so good. Maybe they were still new! I wish they would practice a bit more.
I had a child with me, so if there were no children's clothes in the room, I wish they would have told me when I checked in.
Then I wouldn't have to go and get them every time.
If they could just fix that, I think they could provide better customer service.
