我們是自駕遊，到達的時候是晚上了，酒店外牆的“鉑”字的彩燈都沒有了，去的時候差點找不到，後面打電話去前台諮詢，然後去到地下停車場的時候，整個場都沒有看到鉑曼酒店的指示標識，後面工作人員説跟着同策酒店的方向走就可以了…搞不懂為什麼不做一個標識……
我看到酒店的所有床品以及周邊都是寫着石林景觀大酒店，鉑曼衹在前台出現過一次。酒店的實況跟圖片上倒差別不會很大，當年應該是比較高檔的酒店，衹是房間的設施已經陳舊了，維護和管理不當，花灑也有點堵塞了，後面換了一個才可以出水正常，而且衞生狀況非常不好，水龍頭上的污漬太嚇人，然後我的床打開枕頭上和床上有幾條頭髮，不太敢睡，連夜讓工作人員來換，等了一個多小時才來……
總的來説感覺不好，但是附近好像也沒有太多的酒店可以選擇。
