優點：1.賓館工作人員熱情有禮貌，服務貼心細緻，房間有味道提出換房積極響應，反應迅速。
2.離地鐵口超級近，離河北博物院近。
3.還得提一句服務，彌補了硬件上不足。
不足：1.住了這麼多酒店還沒遇到酒店自己無停車場，甚至合作的都沒有，建議跟後面的立體庫或物業合作
2.房間味道大，每個房間都有，説是消毒液，不如換個牌子消毒或用酒精。

酒店位置太好了，北國商城地鐵站出口出來就是酒店，坐地鐵去石家莊站算上等車20分鐘。酒店人員服務態度還是很好的，房間設施也比較現代化，但缺點是面積不大，以及今天下午回去取行李的時候正急着趕車，已經和早上存的男店員確認好了具體的背包，結果邊上女服務員非畫蛇添足問房間號和“這真的是你的包麼”，房間都退了誰還記得住，有點畫蛇添足了。

我訂的房型很寬敞，裝修也挺新的，配置和硬件都不錯，智能馬桶好評，洗漱台旁邊有掛鈎和徠芬的電吹風也不錯，每天都有小零食，吧枱飲料很足，建議換點無糖的。另外有一個杯子沒有洗乾淨，希望打掃衞生再仔細一點，還有就是建議學學亞朵，在插電卡旁邊放一張取電卡，現在這種無論什麼時候插卡都會自動打開的窗簾，其實很不人性化，特別是晚上回來，而且電動窗簾要麼全開，要麼全關，方便但不實用。
