房間非常寬敞，空調很給力，氛圍燈給人感覺非常舒適，而且整個房間瀰漫著一股香氣，我們連房兩間。都給我們送了特殊水果。內部有各種風味兒的餐廳。不用出去太方便了。我還要特意誇一下客房金太陽那麼關心和熱情的照顧。特別好，很滿意很滿意，感謝西美酒店帶來這麼好的範圍！比其他地方的酒店感覺都好很多，搭配整座城市的高空美景，美滋滋！

酒店在中山東路上，市中心豪華地段，地鐵1號線近在咫尺，交通十分便利。酒店一路之隔就是河北博物院，北國先天下、北國商城、勒泰中心等商業廣場都在附近。酒店房間寬敞明亮，還配備了空氣凈化器，床很大且款硬舒適，有多種枕頭選擇，衞生間很大很乾凈，酒店還有多個風格各異的餐飲區域供客人選擇。服務也是一流的，熱情周到貼心。

在市中心臨近北國和樂泰出行逛街都很方便，酒店房間面積很大，房間乾淨整潔，客房服務金太陽大姐一如即往服務熱情周到，還給往房間送了水果，前台服務也非常好，還給升級了房間，已經入住過很多次了，下次還會選擇這家酒店
