房間比較大，有些舊了，這個所謂的行政套，裏面配了個根本沖不下去東西的馬桶，不知道酒店怎麼想的，就差個馬桶換不起嗎？兩張廁板紙沖不下去，不得不請工作人員來來通一下。工作人員進來後我們如實告知就是廁板紙，可溶於水的，馬桶的水完全沒有沖力，就堵了。我們在別的地方也在用，沒出過問題。工作人員根本不等我説完，先訓了我一頓，生氣地告知：“這個馬桶10年了，10年了，什麼都沖不下去，別用廁板紙了！幹嘛要用廁板紙？” 我就想問，你自己出去公共衞生間直接坐上去嗎？我用的可溶水紙有什麼問題？就這樣訓我一頓不許用了，什麼都不許往馬桶裏丟，兩下通開了走了。沒人願意讓馬桶堵，給別人添麻煩了，但是你們的態度是不是過分了？你們最近的裝修時間也沒有10年，馬桶是捨不得換的舊貨是嗎？
其他前台和餐廳工作人員態度都很好。沒有什麼別的問題。
