It was already past three o'clock in the middle of the night after I finished my work. I just sat down on the bed and checked my phone when I was pricked by a needle. When I got up, I saw it was a needle! I was so scared that I broke out in a cold sweat. I didn’t dare to go to bed until after six in the morning. The more I thought about it, the more scared I became. I still brought my child to check in. What if the child got stabbed? My child is only 2 years old and cannot fully express himself. Moreover, if I lie down, the needle will prick my neck directly. If it pricks an acupuncture point, it will easily lead to paralysis. Because it is too late, the child has already fallen asleep. It was convenient to change rooms. I was too scared to sleep and kept touching to see if there were any hidden needles. I was not satisfied with the hotel's handling the next day and could only give me one more day to stay. I was still very angry afterwards because this happened. This was so uncomfortable that my husband stayed up all day the next day and drove all night to Shijiazhuang. He didn’t want to bother with it, so he decided to forget it. Because of my husband’s inaction, I even had a fight with him and asked him to come. What's the use? The front desk brought some messy things and gave me a Huazhu Club Gold Card. However, as a consumer, I was hurt by this, and now I have a shadow in my heart. After this incident, I didn’t dare to lie down when I stayed in a hotel. After fumbling around for a long time, I was worried that there were needles. This is a pet-friendly hotel. If you bring a puppy and get pricked by a needle, the puppy won’t be able to express it. And I still haven’t figured out the hotel cleaning. I didn’t find any needles in the mattress. I don’t know how the whole season was trained. The next afternoon when I was still staying in the hotel, the front desk made another mistake for me and wrote the wrong key card number for someone else’s check-in. Yes, they just swiped me to put in the key card. I was shocked. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never encountered this situation. They came to me twice in 24 hours. It was very scary and unprofessional. I should be the hotel front desk manager. I'm new here too. The whole process of handling this matter made me feel as if I was trying to blackmail them for money. Please, if I really wanted to blackmail this matter, it wouldn't be that simple. The more I think about it, the more angry I am. Now I live here. I was always on tenterhooks about the hotel. The first time something like this happened, I was confused. I never thought that this could happen to me. What I regret most is that I was in a hurry to return to Shanghai and didn’t call the police immediately. If everyone comes to stay, I will definitely call the police. Think twice! ! You might be the next person to get pricked with a needle.

The service staff is so incompetent. I have stayed at Huazhu hotels hundreds of times. This is the only time I had the worst experience. I hope they can improve it.
