I passed by here on my way home for the New Year and stayed here for one night. The price-performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean, and there is no dead corner for hygiene. The service staff is very considerate. I drove for a long time and was a little tired. The housekeeper prepared a foot bath for me. When I checked out, the handsome guy Xiao Lu at the front desk also brought me heated mineral water. Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

The service was very friendly and we were given a free upgrade to the first-class room type. The room was directly opposite the Hebei Provincial Museum, just across the road, so convenient. The Gao Jianmin Restaurant next door specializes in delicious donkey meat, and the hotel breakfast and the restaurant on the second floor were also good.

There is an underground passage on the right hand side. It is cold now, so it is warmer to walk down. There is a subway station down here, and it goes directly to Shijiazhuang Station in four stops. The service at the front desk and the guest room is very good. This time, they also gave me gifts during the Chinese New Year. In the past, mineral water was placed in the corridors on each floor, but it was not available this time. However, it was delivered quickly after a phone call. The swimming pool is not open now, and it costs more than 500 yuan a day, including breakfast for two. Disadvantages: The toilet (the automatic toilet makes a huge noise when it is used) and the air conditioner in the room I stayed in this time are very noisy. The cleaning is also a bit average. The most unsatisfactory thing is the service in the restaurant. I stayed here for two days this time, and the waiters in the restaurant did not smile as a whole. This morning, I went to the restaurant and put the dishes on the table. The waiter came to clean and lay the tableware. I saw it and immediately picked up the plate. She didn't even look at me, let alone say thank you. After all, I helped you reduce the workload, right? This is basic courtesy. There was also a lady cooking noodles. I said, ”Hello, do you have noodles now?” Then she glanced at me with a very unhappy look, and without saying a word, she picked up a bowl of cooked noodles and handed it to me, making me feel like I was eating her food. I don't know how the restaurant waiters are trained, but for Shijiazhuang, this hotel is considered high-end, and such service is really lacking.

The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are two large shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel's reservation depar**ent called in advance to arrange the room and sent fruit. The service is warm and considerate.

It took more than ten minutes to find a parking space near the hotel elevator! The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants in the Letai Center, which is very convenient for eating.
