The traffic is very convenient, it takes only 20 minutes to get from Shijiazhuang. Basically in the center of Zhengding, it is very close to any attraction. There is a parking lot and parking is very convenient. Next to it is Changshan Park, you can go around if you have nothing to do. Recommended stay.

There is an underground parking lot under the hotel, the elevator is directly accessible, the check-in on the first floor of the front desk, and the bed linen in the room is very good. Living is very comfortable. The soundproofing at the entrance is average, and the corridor is clearer.

There are many empty parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the door at night. The hotel's own parking lot in the backyard is super large with many parking spaces. The most praiseworthy thing is the breakfast. It should be said that the breakfast of a hotel at this price is very good. There are various staple foods, hot dishes and cold dishes, meat, eggs, milk and fruits. The restaurant is hygienic and fashionable. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I like Miramar very much. The service is warm. Guests staying here can also enjoy the executive tea bar on the 28th floor with their room cards. This is very convenient. You can have tea and chat. Here I would like to sincerely thank Miss Lei Lei from the executive bar of Miramar. I made an appointment for the big tea table in advance to discuss things. I was actually unsure. Now many places may not be reliable even if they make an appointment. But when I got there, I saw that the big tea table was really reserved for me, and I felt at ease. We made a simple arrangement together and entertained my guests in the executive bar. Miss Lei Lei's service is very enthusiastic, and her name is also very easy to remember. She is a very good girl. It makes people feel very comfortable. Talking to guests in such an environment has become more efficient. I will come here again when I come to Shijiazhuang in the future, and I will recommend it to my friends around me.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, opposite the museum, and is very convenient for eating, drinking and leisure. More importantly, the hotel is in good condition and has very good humanistic care. The front office manager Gao Xuecheng and Xiao Wu provide warm and thoughtful service, and the room attendant Han Xiuting prepares warm fruits and pear juice. It is really a very comfortable experience!
