As a senior Huazhu Club member, I originally wanted to book the newly opened Orange Crystal in Shijiazhuang, but I heard that the International Building was very good as an old hotel, so I chose to stay for one night. I didn't expect it to be far beyond my expectations. Although the whole room is not big, the sanitation is very thorough, almost spotless. The room is equipped with air purifiers, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, which is beyond the standard configuration for many hotels. The hotel is opposite the Hebei Provincial Museum and the subway station is downstairs. The transportation is very convenient, the sun is abundant, and the sound insulation is also good. You can see people feeding pigeons, which is very pleasant. In the public area, all guests staying in the hotel can go to the executive lounge on the 18th floor. Rest, every floor There are also free fruits or teas for self-service beside the elevator on the first floor. Such service details are everywhere in the hotel, and the sense of details is full. As a four-star hotel, Hebei International Building is much better than many so-called five-star hotels that are not ambitious. You can enjoy five-star services for only 300 yuan. It has to be said that the price-performance ratio is full. The only drawback may be that the building is indeed a bit old, resulting in poor sound insulation, but it does not affect me too much. There are various restaurants and fresh food shops from the first to the fourth floor, and you can basically do not leave the building. Thanks to the warm and thoughtful service of Golden Key Duan Youxin, Guest Room Sun Mei, Ning Lanping, and Marketing Gu Cuixin. With these excellent employees, Hebei International Building will surely create greater glory.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go out and take a bus. It is very close to the bus station and subway station. The hotel service is warm, the room is warm and spacious, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel also has a buffet to choose from, which is very satisfactory. There is also afternoon tea, laundry room, and gym on the 28th floor. It is very comfortable to have afternoon tea while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel also has a car to take you to Zhengding Ancient City, and the service is very good. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and the room price is also very affordable. The overall feeling is very cost-effective!

The most interesting thing was that when I just entered the hotel, I saw a very low-quality Beijing-licensed car. First of all, the quality was indeed low, and then the staff at the door said, ”Don't look at it as a Beijing-licensed car, these cars have the lowest quality”... I think there is nothing wrong with what he said. Look at the impression it leaves on outsiders, but I suggest that the driver's ID card be displayed on his car in the future so that people can see where the driver is from and they will understand. Those who understand will understand... Don't always drive a Beijing-licensed car to make Beijingers hate you... Let's get back to the point. The hotel environment is nothing to say. The elders said that it can be compared with the Taihu Hotel in Wuxi. It should be very beautiful when the lights are on at night, but time was too tight and I didn't have time to walk around the hotel... The hotel service is very poor, especially the service in the Chinese restaurant, which can be described as unbearable. The details are written in the restaurant reviews... And when you need something during your stay and contact the waiter, it is often not delivered. You need to make several calls and it takes a long time before it is delivered. I think this hotel is probably endorsed by the government, otherwise it shouldn't be so bad. Care about reputation... The breakfast level is low in this level of hotel, not many varieties, and the grade is not high... The hardware facilities are OK, but the corridor is illuminated by the skylight, and it will be dim at night... It was 10 o'clock in the evening on the second day of check-in, and the hotel's automatic sprinkler for watering the flowers was still on, absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and at first they said it was not their hotel's responsibility and asked me to call 12345. It was really ridiculous... Later they said it was their hotel's responsibility and asked the construction workers to turn it off. It took half an hour and two calls to turn it off. The service is really ridiculous... The software needs to be greatly improved. In summary, the park environment is among the best in this level of hotel, and the service is also very bad in this level of hotel... However, we lived on the third floor, and the service attitude of the female waiter who cleaned the room was particularly good. I don't know her name. I really want to praise her. When I asked her, she just said to give the hotel a good review. Not every one of her colleagues can make people feel at home like her... Figure 2 shows the place where watering was still on at 10 o'clock in the evening...

I have been on a business trip to Shijiazhuang for more than ten years and have stayed in many hotels. This one is the most pleasant surprise for me. First of all, the design is very novel, including hotel facilities, smart toilets, sofas, coffee tables, etc. are great. . Especially the Italian B&B's signature sofa, sitting too comfortable. Due to the new hotel, breakfast has not been reduced. The waiter was attentive. The surrounding large shopping malls are very convenient. Later, Shijiazhuang must be selected.

Shota Hotel adheres to the concept of ”restoring the old as it was before” and renovates and protects historical heritage buildings. The corridors are made of wooden stairs, wooden floors, wooden doors and windows, which retain the strong characteristics of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. The room is equipped with very modern whole-house intelligence, including air humidifier, purifier and small refrigerator. The sanitary conditions are good. I am a germophobe and the hotel's bedding and bathroom supplies can meet my requirements. There was basically no noise problem. I was worried about whether the wooden walkway would be noisy at first, but the room was surrounded by solid walls and there weren't many people staying in the hotel, so I slept very well. Finally, I would like to say that the hotel's service is very good. The reception at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and tourists on the first floor will not disturb the hotel floors. It can be said that it is currently rated as 3 diamonds because the hotel does not have hardware facilities such as swimming pools and conference centers. However, the hotel's software and hardware levels can be compared with other five-star hotels in Shijiazhuang, and it is worthy of the same room price as other five-star hotels. . Needs improvement: I didn’t drive here this time. I feel that the parking lot may be some distance away, but it’s not particularly far. Then, due to the original conditions, there are large steps on the porch and toilet, and there are small steps on the room and porch. You have to pay attention to your steps when you get up at night. In addition, after all, it is a historically protected building and cannot be renovated at will. The hotel does not have an elevator, so it may be slightly inconvenient for people with large luggage or people with disabilities to use it. The front desk can then provide some eye masks or earplugs in case you need them. But the flaws don’t hide the virtues~ Overall, it was a great stay, and I fully experienced what I expected.

Vicky's service was amazing! She took great care of us from check-in to check-out, helped arrange our itinerary, extended our check-out time, and even prepared a little surprise. She deserves a thumbs up! We'll definitely look for her again next time we come.

The room we were given only had a small window but it had a nice view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the room is a bit dated and had strong smell of cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking. Afternoons tea is a nice feature

The hotel is in a great location, across the street from the Hebei Provincial Museum. It is easy to find by driving. There is free parking. The hotel environment is clean and the room layout is perfect, elegant and romantic. The staff are also warm and thoughtful, which makes people feel very comfortable. Xiao Wang and Xiao Shang in the front office are kind and considerate, and proficient in their business; Zheng Qiyue in the restaurant is a particularly enthusiastic girl who introduced the restaurant's dishes to us and gave us gifts when we left. The breakfast is very good, the dishes are rich, and you can also eat some Hebei special snacks. It was a really pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.
