Very traditional ryokan, the interior is very strong Japanese style. The location is far from the attractions, if you take the bus, you can take the sunny and then walk to the hotel. The hot spring is a personal soup and an appointment system, but even if there is no appointment, there is a public pool to soak, both are very good. The breakfast is quite large, it may be a little more for one person, but it is delicious and it is impeccable^^ The proprietress and the boss are very friendly and kind. When I went there, I chatted a lot with the proprietress very happily, so that I kept a very good memory in Yixiang. I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

The building itself certainly looks like Taisho, but it's a pity that it's not maintained. I stayed in a room called [Omatsu], but overall it was a little dirty and more than 10 shoji were torn. 90% of the employees are foreigners, and although I am doing my best, I often couldn't communicate well. This has to be crushed one by one and explained, which is troublesome. The foreign staff explained something at the time of the meal, but I didn't know what I was saying at all. I think the person who is saying also understands the content and doesn't talk. The room was cold and I had you prepare an oil fan heater, but there was little kerosene and I felt very cold at midnight. I hope you don't get stingy in a place that can't be helped. Overall, it was a subtle inn with a lack of hospitality, just because the building has a history. I think Ikaho's golden hot spring itself is a wonderful hot spring, so I recommend other inns.

While visiting Ikaho in 2019, I saw 福一 while walking the stone steps. The unmaintained, unkempt external of the building and the bags of trash littered around the building were enough to make my visceral reaction be one of… I’m glad I’m not staying there. Unfortunately, while visiting more recently, the ryokan I’d stayed at previously was fully booked. I happened upon 福一’s website and didn’t realize that it was the same ryokan that had made me internally shudder. The website makes you believe this ryokan will be updated and beautiful. Don’t be fooled like me. The ryokan was old and dirty inside. I’ve stayed at many ryokans and I don’t mind old buildings and fixtures, furniture, etc. Old can be beautifully-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case here. Carpets in common areas were horribly stained. Parts of wooden fixtures were peeling off. There was mold in the sink in our bathroom. The bathroom trash can was literally a yellow bucket that has not been cleaned of stains in quite a while. There was mold covering the soap dispenser in our room. The room I booked was called the “Modern Japanese room”. Superficial things in the room had been updated (like the wallpaper) but the sink, shower, bathtub, etc were obviously from when the ryokan opened. The food was disappointing as well. It’d obviously been cooked in huge batches beforehand and was just sitting around for awhile prior to being served. The rice in the 炊き込みご飯 at the end of the meal was cold and hard. Anyone who is familiar with rice would know it’d obviously been cooked well before and had been left out for awhile. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety but the quality of the food was poor. All in all, quite bad cost performance. While this ryokan charges the same price as other ryokans in the area, the quality of the room and the facilities and the quality of the food really don’t live up to the price point. I couldn’t wait to leave 福一.

It was here that I suddenly needed to stay in this area for consecutive holidays, and it was vacant. I could only book a smoking room for one of the two nights, but the smell of the room was quite strong for non-smokers. It may be that only heavy smokers usually stay. If you do not smoke, it is safer to exclude smoking rooms from consideration. The site is along the national highway, and it takes a little over 30 minutes to get to the Tsukiyono Interchange on the lower road. Families with snowboards were also staying. Of course, there is no such thing as a drying room. There are Lawson and 7-Eleven within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about shopping. I couldn't find any kind of restaurants nearby. It seems that you can eat something simple at night at the breakfast restaurant in the hotel. The large public bath is a rather small size with four washing areas. It is not a fine public bath like the latest route inn. Free breakfast is usual route in quality. The breakfast bread and juice they use are the same ones you see anywhere in the country. There is no particular problem with the hotel's customer service. The parking lot has a lot of sections, but it felt cramped compared to the latest route-in. It is a hotel that can be used in various ways, not just for business purposes.

The number of free services 々 is free content but more grateful than nothing. There are many female staff and soft impressions. Above all, I felt a pleasant hospitality. It is said that the pillow developed jointly with the manufacturer is a sleeping point, and the applicant also lends foot pillows. I later learned that there is a discount ticket for the nearby hot spring facilities. I am glad that you can see that. I only got a double room because it was a hurry reservation the day before. Even if it is a double, is it basically a single bed with a semi double bed? Most of this type of room seems to have only enough twins to count. The price for two people was not very different, and the twin of two large beds was good, but ‥ may not be easy. I feel that the sound and voice from other rooms were heard to some extent in the room and in the corridor.

Things to know: Despite the fact that it looks like a three-star basic hotel, don’t let that fool you. The hotel offered lots of freebies. You can eat a complimentary ramen from 22:00-24:00. You also can take complimentary ice creams and probiotic drinks (opened at certain time period) in front of bathing facilities. There’s an onsen facility if you want to have a nice relaxing hot bath. Don’t expect the hotel staff to speak fluent English here, though.

1 minutes walk from Maebashi Station. For resource protection, amenities are styled to bring what is necessary from the lobby. Including these, facilities and facilities are available. It is a little difficult to find the way to the hotel, so navigation is essential. If you get off the main road, it's pretty troublesome if an oncoming car comes on a straight road. When you arrive, park your car and check into the lobby alone. The elderly front desk staff responded and carefully explained how to use the facilities. Return to the car and move to the log house where you will stay. The road is wide enough for one car to pass. The log house is two stories and has 5 beds. There is a toilet with a washlet, a separate bath, a mini kitchen with an electromagnetic range, a microwave oven, and a small refrigerator. There is a table for four and a terrace. There was one double outlet in each room. There is a TV and free Wi-Fi. Although it was in the mountains, there were no insects inside the log house, it was clean, and there were pet supplies (dog toilet, rice and water bowl, deodorant spray, roller, plastic bag). It was a comfortable stay. There is no roof in the passage between the parking lot and the log house, so when it rains, there is an umbrella at the entrance of the log house, so you can use it to carry your luggage. You can walk to the main building or drive to the public bath and dining room. A car is good on rainy days. When you leave your pet in the log house and go out to eat, bring a cage and put it in and go out, or leave it in the car. The large public bath is a hot spring with an open-air bath and an indoor bath, so it was spacious and relaxing. Sauna is closed due to Corona. It was a meal plan, but when I was checking in at 5:30 pm and carrying my luggage, it was time to eat. I couldn't do it slowly and I was busy. I wish it was a little more flexible. As for the meal, the roast beef is prepared in advance and the meat is dry and disappointing. The beech meat and vegetable stir-fried on the copper plate was warmed with solid fuel, so it was delicious. Appetizers, sashimi, and boiled dishes were delicious. The ingredients of the soup are dry ingredients and the soup stock is not absorbed, and the taste of the soup stock is not delicious. The contents are good for the price, but I would like the quality of the food to be a little better. Breakfast was a buffet, which was satisfying. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, and all-you-can-drink coffee in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out took a while.

There are free ice cream bars, free soba noodles during part of the evening, and free Yakult during part of the morning. Location: It is about a 12-minute walk from JR Takasaki Station to the hotel. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, and large Japanese supermarkets nearby for shopping. If you buy a JR Tokyo wide pass, taking JR from this location to various ski resorts (such as Goetsu Yuzawa and Karuizawa) is less than half an hour's drive away, which is very convenient!

Just opposite the Yamada Electric Appliance outside Gaoqi Station, there is a land bridge that can be crossed without crossing the road. The price of the house is also attached to breakfast. It is very recommended to take the North Lu Shinkansen, Shangyue Shinkansen, my wife line and so on to the light well, Tangze, Xinyi, Caojin and other places. Avoid expensive accommodations in resorts and don't have to pull luggage frequently to change hotels. Suitable for JR pass travelers.
