The attitude of the service staff is also very good. The hotel does not have an elevator, but it is only two floors high. Their service staff will also help carry luggage.

令和３年９月上旬に１泊しました。 食事は、夕食・朝食とも、特に印象に残ってはいません。これといって美味しい料理も、不味い料理もありませんでした。夕食時にデザートが無いのは非常に残念でした。 不満な点は、食事の際のサービスです。料理の説明が全くありません。 メニュー表が無いのに、飲み物は？と聞かれ「何がありますか？」と聞くと「色々あります。」これでは、話になりません。 料理も説明なし。コロナ禍だったとはいえ、お品書きを置くなど、工夫があると良いのではないでしょうか。 朝食時は、生*をご飯にかけた後で、お鍋に火を入れてから、自分で目玉焼きを作れ！ということか～～。一言、説明があれば。。。ベーコンだけ焼いて食べました。 とはいえ、朝は、自分で目玉焼きを作る、デザートもあり、夕食よりは良かったです。 温泉は温度がちょうどよく、とても体があたたまります。源泉かけ流しです。 フロントの方の対応が非常にていねいでした。 ここのホテルの一番の課題は、食事時のサービスです。

However, this time, after relaxing at the low table, I was able to easily lay out the futon. The hot spring was clean and the hot water was good. I chose the standard dinner, but I am very satisfied with both the taste and quantity. Especially the seasoning of grilled salmon in foil was very delicious. For breakfast, I thought it would be interesting to make fried eggs by myself. I think it's a good idea because you can make it to your liking. It was quiet with no voices outside the room. My husband really liked the quiet and beautiful place, and he said many times that he would like to stay again when he comes to Nakashibetsu.

Even I, who grew up near the seaside, was surprised by the fresh ingredients used for dinner and breakfast. I thought the price was too high for an ordinary ryokan, but considering the fresh ingredients and the number of items, I think it's reasonable.
