先日久しぶりに宿泊 物価上昇の影響か宿泊料金値上がりしていた スタッフに覇気がなく残念だった ロビーはフリードリンク制に変更 ビールは管を掃除しないと台無しなんだけど、それを飲み放題に求めてもね、、 部屋には小さなマッサージチェアが有り良かった 夕食は相変わらずで泉慶より落ちる 朝食も前より少し落ちた 総評 何となく運営側も大変なのかもしれない それでも時間おいてまた来場します

華鳳 おとなりの泉慶には何度か泊まったことがありましたがこちらははじめて。日本の最高のおもてなしを感じることができました。 ホテルに着くとロビーまで案内され荷物も一緒に部屋まで運んでくれます。 館内はとにかく広い！！ 吹き抜けの広間が素晴らしく素敵です。 他の旅館とは比べ物になりませんね。飾ってある絵も素敵です。 お部屋も豪華でびっくり！ 子供用のアメニティが充実すぎます。 部屋にある浴衣はサイズ、色も豊富。 小物入れや籠まで置いてあります。 子供の浴衣もあり帯が本格的すぎます。 大人の浴衣も生地がとても良いです。 部屋のアメニティが大充実！ 子供の昼寝用敷布団、柔らか枕、裁縫セット アクアの冷蔵庫は大きめ。 窓際からは広大な田んぼが見渡せていかにも高級そうな椅子があり座り心地もバッチリ。 温泉の入り口や朝食会場にベビーコーナーがあり、遊ばせることができます。 本やおもちゃは部屋に持ち帰れるというからすごい！随分と助かりました。 駄菓子コーナーではおかしももらえます。 温泉は今までで一番良かったです。 更衣室も広々。外風呂は硫黄が強めのお湯や立って入るお湯、寝湯など4種類。 内風呂も広く、サウナは少し温度が低めなので入りやすかったです。 シャンプーはボタニストなどシャンプーバーがあり、ベビーバスやおもちゃも置いてありました。 外の景色を眺めながらゆったりできました。 温泉から上がった後は冷たいオリジナルのドリンクバーと海老の味噌汁が飲み放題！ なんて素敵なサービスなんでしょう。 ロビーラウンジではスイーツとドリンクが食べ放題！ マカロニ4種類、大福2種類、わらび餅など20種類くらいの和スイーツがあり嬉しい限り。 昔ながらのかき氷やアイスもありました。 ドリンクはりんご、オレンジジュース他コーヒーなど大充実！ 素敵なお庭を眺めながら素敵なひとときでした。 ディナーは個室で子供が騒いでも安心。サービスもとても良いです。 モーニングはビュッフェで女将さんがテーブル周りをしていました。 感動感激、日本に誇るべき旅館でした。

新潟旅行の際に、親・兄妹でお邪魔しました。 こちらのホテルは、昔、親がお邪魔してとても良かったとのことで決めました。 今回、1泊2食付きで宿泊しました（3万円台/人：3名利用）。 全体的にお勧めできるホテルでした。 ＜良かった点＞ ・ロビーがとても広々としていてとてもインパクトがありました。 ・2022年4月にリニューアルした露天風呂付の部屋は、とてもお洒落で綺麗でした。そしてサロンスペースの窓からは広大な庭園の眺めを楽しむ事ができました。また、露天風呂も良かったです。 ・窓も綺麗に掃除してありました(加賀屋はひどかった)。 ・ロビーでは、コーヒーや茶菓子そして夜にはお酒まで、無料で飲むことができました。 ・お風呂は広く、温泉露天風呂は4種類もあり、温泉を楽しむことができました。 ・脱衣所には、バスタオル・フェースタオルそして髭剃りが置いてあり、便利でした。 ・夕食は、品数が多く、どれも手のこんだ料理で美味しかったです。 ノドクロの塩焼きがでましたが、個人的にはトロッとした味わいができる刺し身の方が好きです。 ・朝食会場は綺麗で、また、壁はプロジェクターで木などが投影されていました。 （ただ、映像センスはいま一歩でした） ・朝食のバイキングで品数も多かったです。ワッフルとピザを自分で作るコーナーがあり面白かったです。 ＜残念だった点＞ ・夕食処の部屋の畳が結構汚れていて残念でした。 ・夕食の際、しゃぶしゃぶ用の牛肉が最初からださてていました。すぐに食べるかと思ったら、1時間以上経ってから鍋に火が入りました。このため、肉が少し乾いていました。

母親の還暦祝いで訪れました。入ったロビーから豪華な印象を持ち、最後までその印象を保ち続けました。客室も広々とした部屋で、窓からの景色も素晴らしい！大浴場は内湯、それから露天風呂もゆったりとくつろげる広さ。のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。特に露天風呂の充実さは素晴らしいと思います。食事は夕食、朝食共に地元、新潟の食材を使った料理でとても満足できました。高級旅館は中々泊まりませんが、本当に華鳳さんで良かったと思います。家族も大満足してくれました！
