Shenzhen Yantian District 4-star Hotels

I am pretty satified with this hotel - which is located 1 min from the beach and metro station. There is a big food court, the street with small cafe and pharmacies. Outlet village is in 10 min. Of course you should choose between downtown and the beach, because hotel is on the last subway station, and to go to the city center will take around 1 hour.

Amazing location, metro station is right off the door, super close to Dameisha beach entrance, just about 100m and you are ready to swimm. Many restaurants around, McDonald's, Starbucks and LINLEE lemon tea shop downstairs. SUPER COMFORTABLE bed, soft and nice, not so often in China have a bed like this, locals sleep on a pretty hard one usually. Stuff were helpful, help with a luggage, we speak Chinese so can not comment on language aspect. AMAZING view from the balcony and the rooftop. Balcony is really nice and have a small stand to dry clothes after swimming. Inside is quite clean and no strange smell noticed. We checked few hotels around within the same price, for some reason, even though they are 4 stars, none of them had hair conditioner. This one was the most clean and new inside, so choose it, quite enjoyed, especially the view.

I arrived early, and the receptionist, Tom, kindly assisted with an early check-in and a room upgrade. He also arranged a late check-out. The room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. My compliments to Tom, Brook, and Yuki Alan; they were all incredibly kind and helpful. I will certainly visit again.

Travel with the elderly and stay for two nights. The hotel is close to the Binhai Plank Road, and the balcony is the sea view. There are large shopping malls Yihaicheng, large supermarkets China Resources Vanguard, and Haishan Station on Metro Line 8 within a ten-minute walk. The hotel is less than 2 kilometers away from Zhongying Street. Because there are elderly people, we took a taxi to Zhongying Street, with a starting price (during the Spring Festival, the starting price of taxis is 20 yuan). The parking lot is on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel front desk is warm and polite. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and timely cleaning. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account the south and north, Chinese and Western, old and young, and there are chefs making soup noodles on site. The staff constantly replenishes the ingredients, and people who get up late also have food. The elderly are satisfied and the young are happy, which deserves five-star praise!

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient parking and a good environment. The front desk service attitude is good. They took the initiative to arrange a quiet room on a high floor for me. They are also very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are complete. It is very convenient to eat and drink around the hotel. There are many snacks nearby. The transportation is also convenient. It is close to Wutong Mountain and the sea. The air in Yantian is fresh, giving people a very comfortable and relaxing feeling. It is a hotel worth recommending. Next time I come to Yantian, I will choose Yuelin and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel was located at a very convenient spot not far from the Yantian port where I had to finish some business. I was there for a short biz trip, hut it was worth the stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean and the hotel in the overall was very clean, too. I think it was redecorated just lately. The room had a good view of a part of the harbor and large ships could be seen from the balcony. I’ll visit the hotel again on my next biz trip to Yantian port, Shenzhen

this is my 3rd time booking for this hotel. I stayed for more than 1 week each time. The front desk receptionist and manager were very helpful and friendly. We were greet politely from the moment we step in the hotel main hall. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. They reception service is available 24/7. During my stay, the team extended their help on our Alipay issues, food ordering issues, medical attention and taxi booking. The payment for hotel stay and laundry was not tedious and the process is easy and fast. The location is strategic where it is close to a few convenience stores and restaurant. Outlets is just walkable distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a guarded compound therefore even though is near to the public beaches which is very crowded yet very secure and tranquil within the facility. Recently the construction work in front the hotel has completed where new pedestrian path and crossing traffic light were up and functioning. The hotel room is clean (daily room keeping) and provide all necessary personal consumable. Worth mentioned that they provided shoe cleaning kit, umbrella, additional slipper and towel for beach use. Overall, the hotel stay is worth the cost and will stay with them again.

Satisfied! I like the hotel room very much. The service attitude is also very good, especially Sirius, the hotel guest relations director. He called me one day in advance to confirm the check-in time. Because I stayed for 2 days and changed two rooms, I didn't have to worry about the room change process. I went out early the next morning, and he helped me move my luggage to another room. He also thoughtfully prepared fruits and drinks. Highly recommended!

The room and infrastructure are great, nothing to say. I will stay here again when I am on a business trip. It would be even better if there is a gym. The front desk service is very good. I wanted to check in early but there was no room available without communication at the beginning. The lady was very friendly and paid to upgrade the room so that I could check in. She also helped coordinate my personal needs when checking out. I will choose it next time.

Very helpful service despite only basic English communication. They even help me to install a WeChat app to book a ticket for the light show at the civic centre. That by the way is a must see! A very big luxury room including a bathroom with a rain shower. But the furniture and carpet are a little outdated and old. As well as two nearly dead cockroaches falling out of the aircon. In total it is still a good quality for the price because of the perfect location.
