Shenzhen Longhua District 3-star Hotels

The hotel is quite grand, the rooms are very clean, and the disposable supplies in the rooms are quite complete. The boss is very thoughtful about the guests and considers the health of every guest. It is very close to Dalang Commercial Center. We went there to eat and go shopping. After watching a movie, there were a lot of snacks. After dinner, I walked to Yangtangshan Park for a walk. When I came back, I saw the front desk patiently explaining how to get to the parking lot and how to scan the code to enter and exit. At the same time, he also said hello to us when he saw us. Greetings, because when we checked in, we asked the front desk if there was any place to eat, drink and have fun, and the front desk explained it to us very carefully. He guided us on how to take the bus and where to go, and when he saw us coming back, he would also greet us with some greetings, such as was it fun? Is the food delicious? Although they are simple greetings, they make our hearts feel particularly warm.

Environment: The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the subway, and it is also very close to Shenzhen North, so it is very convenient to take a taxi. Facilities: The TV in the room is very high-definition, which is very convenient for watching movies or playing games on the screen. Hygiene: It is cleaned very well, and the bath towels are very white. Service: The service at the front desk No. 10 is very good. The three of us helped to upgrade to a larger bed.

Had a great stay in Vienna. The room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The key is that the service is very good. Very good convenient location for Metro access. 5 min walk to SZ North train station. So very convenient for access to Metro (ditie) and to fast trains (gaotie). Good value for money. Large 2 floors and 2 bedroom and 2 washrooms! Very convenient to have laundry units in apartment and also kitchenette. Full size fridge is also very useful! I will definitely come again. For foreigners I like to buy my groceries at Walmart which is next station north or about 12 mins by taxi. Staff at Davis International apartments have been helpful and accommodating to me! 首先，酒店的位置非常便利，位於路口，交通四通八達，無論是駕車出行還是乘坐公共交通都很方便。對於自駕出行的客人來説，停車也相當方便，周邊有足夠的停車位，而且酒店門口的交通標識清晰，很容易找到停車位，這為我們的出行節省了不少時間和精力。 在房間方面，新裝修的房型和舊房型的差距還是比較明顯的。新裝修的房間整體風格更加現代簡約，色調搭配很舒適，給人一種温馨的感覺。房間內的設施也很齊全，床鋪舒適，床墊的軟硬度適中，睡起來很舒服，一覺睡到自然醒。而且房間的隔音效果也很好，即使外面有車流聲，但關上門後幾乎聽不到什麼噪音，保證了良好的睡眠質量。舊房型雖然在裝修風格上稍顯陳舊，但打掃得很乾凈，基礎的設施也能正常使用，衹是在細節上沒有新裝修的房間那麼精緻。 ---

For the Chinese tourists : I guess this would be an excellent choice. The location has it all: banks, a mall, all types of eateries, a subway station nearby, coffee shops , tea house etc etc … The room size is fine for one person, it has a washing machine (with the detergent), hair dryer , a fridge etc etc etc … it also has a huge projector that has some free movies and music but 80% of it requires a membership. For internationals: The location advantages are the same as above. Now the room itself , will catch a cigarette smell every now and then, although it is clearly written on the walls “no smoking” people smoke right in front of the sign lol. The shower drainage sometimes stinks Keith I don’t know what. It’s the first time in my life I encounters such a smell. The housekeeper ladies explained to me that because of the weather changing the sewage will smell for some days . The changes the room anyway and that room had the same smell but just for one day. I dunno whether it was the weather or the room . And the most important point… guys, the projector won’t do any YouTube for you.. even if you find your way to access YouTube/Twitch (or anything else) on your phone , when casting the screen onto the projector it won’t load… yeah. All the good movies are under membership which can be paid with WeChat I guess. There are some nice movies (old classic) for free , like Citizen Kane, or Jayne Eyre, I watched those 😌 There is some western music for free , I think around 30 songs or so. They I used the projector mostly , I’d watch the videos I made on my own phone , like filming the city videos etc. On the photos you can see me watching Gracie Abrams song “21”. There is also a fun movie for free “Adventureland” , it has Lex Luthor, Deadpool and Bella Swan. Yes, DC comics , Marvel and Twilight crossover kinda lol.

The hotel is right next to the exit of Guanlan Station. There is a convenience store downstairs, a small night market next to it (only food), and a shopping mall and supermarket opposite. It is very convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to Guanlan Ancient Market at the bus stop downstairs, which is also a good place to go for some literary fun. Maybe it was because of the Golden Week, the room was not cleaned until 4pm, so we had to go to the shopping mall opposite to have afternoon tea. The room was generally good except for the lack of a refrigerator, which was not a big problem for one night, but for me who was staying for several nights, it was very inconvenient to keep some drinks, cheese, and fruit chilled.

Location, location, location! Extreme convenience for us who need easy access to both MTR and high-speed railway. Nice to have washing machine in the room and elec warming rack in bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and dry the clothes in a day. Appreciate this amenity available to us travelers. When we were ready to check out, the office was locked, and there was no staff around. We pushed the room key card under the door. It would be helpful to have a locked box outside the office for us to drop off the room key/card when leaving.

The room is clean and tidy, the transportation is very convenient, it is very close to Shenzhen North Station and Hongshan Metro Station, and there are many restaurants downstairs. It is very convenient to live in this hotel. The front desk staff has good service and is very enthusiastic to help me deal with many things. The hotel price is also very cheap, and the cost performance is directly full

I have visited this hotel many times with friends and family, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Its convenient location, right across the street from a giant mall, adds to its charm. However, my recent stay was disappointing. This was my first visit since the hotel closed for renovations and upgrades, and I was hopeful for improvements. Unfortunately, it felt more like a downgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic, with checked-out cards and even some clients' IDs left on the table. The staff’s attitude was also concerning; they were cold when checking me in. As for the rooms, they didn’t seem upgraded at all. The sheets were slightly dirty, and there was a stronger smoke smell that I hadn’t noticed before. Despite these issues, I still love the hotel's location and believe there is great potential for improvement, especially in the front-of-house and cleaning staff. On a positive note, the updated big screen in the room was a nice touch. I hope to see better management and cleanliness on my next visit!
