Shenzhen Futian District 3-star Hotels

A bit overpriced for what it is. Feels very local and can be uncomfortable due to window being toward the top of the ceiling.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying near Shenzhen downtown and convenient metro line.

The room has a good layout, is warm and exquisite, has a fast signal speed, and the facilities are novel, complete and intelligent. The hotel design is very considerate. There are green plants in the room, no odor, and the elevator card swipe is highly secure. The corridor is lavender-style, which makes people feel very comfortable!

Hotel location is very convenient. There are many eateries around, walking distance to 水围1368文化街. Clean environment. Front desk and housekeeping team are very friendly and nice. Worth it! 👍🏼

At first glance the rooms seems clean and modern, that's about it. Change room twice do to heavy smell of smoke, then I gave up. Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, there is no enforcement so you smell smoke everywhere . No sign in lobby or any public spaces that is easily visible to see and remind guest. As a result it was very smokey, and sound insulation was horrible, I was woken up at 3am by the room next door of someone coughing, and heavy smoke, then loud chatter in the hallway, and people doing laundry through out the night. Though the room was clean the 2nd hand smoke made the atmosphere feel dirty even my clothes which is hung in the closet by the entry smell of smoke, and breakfast was limited.  On a positive note the staff was friendly, the house keeping manager was very helpful.

The overall design of the hotel is simple and modern, with a reasonable layout of rooms and spacious and bright space. The bedding is comfortable, the sanitary conditions are good, and it is equipped with an intelligent guest control system, such as the voice assistant ”Xiaodu”, which allows guests to control lighting, curtains, TV and other equipment. The dry and wet separated bathroom design is practical, providing high-quality toiletries, and the overall experience is comfortable and efficient

The hotel hard to find. You need to go to level 6 first. Then ask the receptionist at lvl 6. Overall the hotel really a good. Really spacious, clean, provide the ameninites that we need, have bottle water, 3in 1 drink, aircond and fan. Also the receptionist at first want to upgrade our room but i the room i book already enough. Nice hotel, recommend to stay here if you come to shenzhen. Near the terminal fast bullet train if u want to go hong kong

The service was really good loved the young girl who helped us out as we were not happy with the first room that they gave us since we opted for the executive suite but we were given the basic loft. The hygiene was not really acceptable, as the bins had smoking marks, the room smelled a bit of old cigarette smell. The Aircon was really dusty. The toilet was not really well clean. I basically had to wipe down the bathroom. We did ask them to tidy up the room for the second day however, the bed was made. Overall the location was good accessible to many shops and restaurants.

Overall was very good .The rooms renovated beautifully and big enough.Very near futian station.The staff serves us very well The only weakness is the bed a little bit smelly and I feel itchy sleep on it. I believe the bedsheet was washed cleanly maybe the bed or pillow itself was used by previous tenants who sweated on it..The pillow are the beautiful photo

We had such a great stay at this place! Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have. The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday. The location was quite central to many places. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!
