The surrounding environment is very good, very quiet, the location is easy to find, go out and walk left for 2 minutes to take the subway line 5 directly, it is very convenient to travel. The room was cleaned, with a great view, bright, and the windows were large and breathable. Manager Peng at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic, the check-in procedures were quickly processed, and patiently introduced the interesting attractions in Shenzhen, which was very detailed and professional. You need to swipe the card to take the elevator upstairs, which is very safe. You can also park for free, very comfortable, super satisfied hahaha.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. It was quite unexpected. The hotel is relatively new and not far from the airport. The soundproofing is pretty good. I rarely hear the sound of airplanes when the windows are closed. I chose a room far from the elevator. The reception staff was also very polite and met the requests in a timely manner. I will book again next time.

Location-wise, hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the entrance of the nearest metro station - with 3 traffic crossings to be made. There is a supermarket located within a minute walk from the hotel, but the nearest mall is about a 15 minutes walk away. Check-in took a little longer than expected but things were smooth thereafter. Room provided was spacious and came with an outdoor patio. Room layout was good - room had a wooden platform alongside the wall which served as sitting space, as well as a working table. Toilet and shower were separate - shower area was well designed, with drainage lower than the actual shower area. Actual shower area was also anti-slip. Room was also a “smart” room and had an Alexa-like assistant that could turn on/off the lights, adjust the air conditioning and open/close the curtains through voice prompts. Room came with complimentary water and soft drinks that were refilled daily. Make-up room service was generally excellent, though at time, certain amenities such as toilet paper were not refilled.

The hotel was super clean, we had a little issue with the room we were given at first (there was a heavy smoking smell, and I’m asthmatic, the hotel assured us that they have a strict non smoking policy but the guest before us might have done so without their knowledge or was just the guest after scent and they would handle it) and the hotel staff were very courteous and resolved it by giving us a new room. They even follow-up with me at check out. The new room was clean and bright. We didn’t hear much outside noise. They will provide ear plugs in the lobby if you need it. We ordered delivery and a lovely robot will deliver to your door. The staff and hotel were amazing. Although it’s not super close to transit. It’s about 8-10 mins away. You can call a taxi around it’s simple enough if you’re having issues finding the hotel. Just outside the hotel there is so many food options, we notice at check out it’s actually on a major food alley. Definitely recommend and will explore further next time.
