Location was a bit remote but the presence of a smart TV + microwave + hob, more than made up for it. Even the small details, like bottles of water are taken care of, which is wonderful. If you manage to book during off-season like me, you’ll get an excellent deal!

Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, and a small balcony. There are 500 parking spaces on the underground first floor (with charging piles). Nearby large shopping malls include Garden, Coast City, Rainbow, and Kingkey Baina. We look forward to your visit again.

Wrong location!!! Anyone who book from trip.com don't follow google maps. You must call from trip app then ask taxi send to the place. Draft way to go to the hotel. Arrive by Metro line 12 or 20 go to exit C2 of Shenzhen World North station. Then go up to sky walk by escalator. Once you going up look at the left hand side, go to Hilton Hotel. Once you're in front of Hilton go straight to the next walking bridge and go down. It's across from convention No. 20 and between Hilton. No sign or banner about Holiday Inn, it's just small reception room with person who checking in and you have to go to the room in condominiums by your self. Room is ok (clean and comfortable) match for visitors attend the exhibition, max 3 persons in the room. Restaurant and convenience store is close by.

For exhibition location is amazing! But for eating there has no restaurant. It is written holiday inn but it is not holiday inn, it is apart

Extremely bare-bones. No towels and limited shower hot water. Otherwise, the microwave and washer is a plus.

Budget apartment for rent but cigarette smell all over. Good view as it’s the tallest building around.

The name of the hotel is Fu'an hotel. It's not Holiday Inn. Location was hard to find as the hotel name is incorrect. My room's bathroom sink was leaking.
