Thinking to rebook again but then I just realized that I booked room with window but was given no window room. Meaning Im paying more and was downgrade without my consent. Reconsidering to book again as this time Im bringing my friend but if there is no other option

In general a good stay. The location is good, 1 minute walk from the subway station. The staff didn’t speak English.

So so. Requested to change room as the first room i was given was not well maintained e.g. window blind dropping off at one side and wallpaper old and peeling off. The 2nd room was better. Overall ok stay. Reception not friendly and a bit rude.

It's outrageous. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel! I felt something was wrong as soon as I entered the door. The hardware facilities are old, but it's not a big deal, after all, the price is cheap. But other aspects such as the sanitary environment are really bad. There are a few drops of dried things on the floor. There is a strong smell of cigarettes mixed with cheap perfume and sewer odor in the room. The air conditioner is switched to the ventilation mode and turned to the maximum, but it can't be exhausted. The air quality is so bad that I sneezed and coughed all night. The sound of the air conditioner is loud, but the smell is even more uncomfortable if it is not turned on. The design of the washbasin is extremely unreasonable. If you turn on the water a little, the water splashes high. There is no place to put a cup around. I tried all the USB charging ports but couldn't charge. The room is not soundproof at all. When I walked in the corridor before, I could hear someone taking a shower in the room I passed by. After entering my room, I could hear every little movement in the corridor clearly. The bed was hard, the pillows were high and hard, not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep well all night. I will never stay in this hotel again!

The room was clean, but the facilities were a bit old. The attitude of the front desk clerk on duty on the afternoon of January 23 was not good. The USB socket in the room was broken and I couldn't charge my phone. I called the front desk and asked me to go downstairs to borrow a **power bank at my own expense. After my best efforts, I was able to change the room.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the hotel is small but fully equipped, and the price is high. There are also delicious yellow rice dishes nearby, the claypot rice is super crispy and fragrant, and the homemade soup is top-notch, super authentic!
