Shenzhen Futian District 3-star Hotels

Very clean and spacious. There is dryer, washer, bath towel etc. Location is quite easy to find. Check in counter is also at the same level, 23rd floor. Staff is helpful. Very pleasant stay. Will recommend to others. There's a mini mart downstairs, small restaurants too. Walking distance to train station is reasonable, around 8mins walk.

This Hotel is a little gem!slightly tricky to find you way in !However the path is between Sinopec Petrol Station and the next building on Shennan Road !The building where there are giant Advertisements !on the South side of Huaqiang Road !If you look carefully on the Giant Advertisements,on the right ,you will see Marker Hotel name on a yellow ocre background !The hotel is without pretension,but very nice and simple ,And seems to be enjoyed by Russians,Central Asians ,South-East Asians ,even French !It is clean ,quiet ,very good value for money !The location is ideal !A lot of take over food shops and very cheap !One advantage extremely important :The checking out is at 2 pm !This was such a nice surprise to me !The bed are large ,the Aircond pleasantly quite !My only concern in praising this hotel too much ,is to get it fully booked ,next time I come to Huaqiangbei !

The main pro is the location. The hotel is well located. It's close to everything: shopping malls, eateries, nail salons, spas, and you just name it. The room is clean, and staff are really helpful. I went to the front desk to ask which lift goes to the spa, and the staff gave me two 50 yuan coupons for the spa (so unexpected 🤗). I enjoyed a 100-minute full-body massage. If you are doing it in a group, you get a discount. Cons: One tiny con is that it could be difficult locating the hotel since it's on the 6th floor of some building. If you stop at the convention and exhibition centre station, come out exit A2, turn left and walk about 5 mins. The building is just opposite one big mall (I don't know the mall's name) with the Gaga restaurant (a place I will recommend). You might also want to get the hotel WeChat and contact them if you have trouble locating the place. The staff are happy to help. Not forgetting the beautiful garden, great for photos😊

Good location: Fumin MTR Station Exit C, turn right after exit, hotel is right at there. Night market just across the road. Check in: quick, need not to wait. We could access to our room when we arrived at 11:30am (check in time supposed be 2pm) Service: staff was helpful when our access cards got problem, she fixed them right away Cleanliness: good Room: spacious and comfortable

Location is so convenient, close to metro, food, shopping center and of course all electronics and accessories hub area! There is a washing machine on the patio and mini kitchen which makes our stay convenient. We had a great time exploring and recommend this apartment.

This hotel is a great choice for traveling with kids! The large projection screen in the room is amazing, and with the free Tencent Video membership, watching animations with the kids at night feels like a private theater. Best of all, the free washing and drying facilities are free, so dirty clothes can be washed and dried the same day, eliminating the need to carry a pile of dirty laundry home. The subway entrance is only a 100-meter walk away, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions. The staff are also incredibly friendly and available whenever you need them. Full marks!

The hotel so close with everything for daily needs. Food, drinks and massage. Exit A YanNan,燕南 line 2. Exit A just downstair. But with luggages pls use exit C turn left. Opposite Kentucky cross the right road and just near Macdonald.Counter check in 10th flr. Room is superb comfortable and bright with natural sunlight. Energy is good for my healing. And with the help with all staff in every of my need. They even allow my luggage to store for days to go for my Macau trip and 24 hrs spa b4 going back Singapore. The housekeeper daily come and clean my room. Security guard downstair and full of camera. Makes me feel very safe and like 2nd home. Will come back again. Thanks the counter staff : ShanShan, Zhong Ming 弟弟 and the team. I will definitely back for them again.

Grateful that unlimited water is provided. Laundry service also a good plus for me. However, reception lady professionalism yet to improve. I.e: requested to ask for a taxi, she responded we can book online via handphone despite she should aware overseas traveller might have difficulties. Similarly asking location confirmation, she responded the same that we are able to check online by ourselves. It happened on 22/7, the day we check out . While, we still have strong good impression on E Charm hotel, especially great experience stay at Taiyuan few months ago.
