Very nice decent hotel. The room was very spacious and the toilet too. The bed was very comfortable for a chinese hotel. It was a budget hotel but worth the price. Very close to the subway station as well. Bao’an Stadium Exit B - about 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay again if I get the chance! ❤️

住了10天，入住情況如下： 價格： 美tuan、攜cheng、飛zhu、賓館前台直接續住 均有下訂單；“攜”和賓館前台價差不多，“美”貴，“飛”便宜（差額在20～30元左右）。 同價位 在周邊範圍內，衹有好旺角有一家還不錯，其他均不如這2家。 優點： 1 隔音蠻好的，開窗+臨街 房間內還是比較安靜的 2 客房阿姨 打掃很及時、服務態度也很好 3 九樓有晾曬區 4 那位戴眼鏡、臉型有點方的前台姑娘蠻好的，主動告知相關問題且處理及時。 衞生： 每2天會請服務員更換一次床單、洗漱用品等，，每次都會在床單和浴巾上發現一些毛髮、紙屑類的小雜物（可能是集中清洗時的殘留物） 問題（接觸了4位前台姑娘，其中3位需加強培訓！！）： 1 因不確定離店時間、一般都是次日下訂單，其中一天在美、攜均有下單（以為重複的**已操作退單），和前台説“攜程訂單續住”；前台姑娘AAA在明知同一天有2個訂單生效的前提下，未告知、並私自選擇**訂單續住；事後還撒謊説已通過客房電話告知我，我明確告知其那個時間段我不在客房、且要求她重複描述、我要進行錄音，她方才承認該問題 （次日另一前台告知後，方知上述情況） 2 溝通上述問題對應的需退單問題，在未説臟話、且態度緩和的正常溝通前提下，前台姑娘BBB一會摳衣角支支吾吾、一會一言不發直接開哭（長期出差，第一次遇到這種前台） 3 退房時開水單，經口頭確認3分鐘可以開具；結果前台姑娘CCC用了12分鐘開出了一張壓根不是水單的材料 建議： 1 雖然賓館有早餐；但可以考慮去旁邊44區吃，走過去幾分鐘就到了（那家“莫記”非常難吃）；另外，附近的“蕉記”、“眾鑫隆”、“楊記白塔”、“湛江燒臘”口味都還蠻好的 2 開水單開發票一定要提前説，前台太不熟練了。

隔音太差 一直聽到走廊的人的吵鬧聲 the only way i could ever be able is to get my own car to work for a month or so before the pandemic hit so that my parents can have the money for the trip to my house or something and then

I came to Shenzhen on a business trip. The room was big enough. Everything was new. There was a free parking space at the door. First come first served. If it was not available, the hotel seemed to have a parking lot for 10 yuan per night. There were many food nearby. The sound insulation was average. If you have special requirements for sleep, you should pay attention to it during the peak season

Very nice place where you feel welcome. Big room Good Location With Friendly 24 hours receptionists.There is also someone guarding the door not like other hotels who doesn't care. Their 24 hours drink station provides lemon water and sour plum water to their hotel guest. Their AI system Xiao Ai Tong Xue also very cute and responsive.Whatever you prompt in Mandarin,it will try to answer.Tried asking it to open window blinds ,play songs and even tell jokes!! Last but not least, Shenzhen is a modernised city with Free public toilets ,users are socially responsible and you will be surprised how clean and dry their aircon toilet even at places with many human traffic
