During my recent stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the level of service, facilities, and food provided. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a range of amenities for guests to enjoy.

All the rooms in the hotel are on the second floor. They are large, clean and tidy. They are cleaned regularly every day. The music turns on when the hot water is turned on. This is a good idea. The air conditioner is very cold and there is no particularly loud noise.

The hotel is located on the side of Exit A of Baoan Metro Station. There is a bus stop outside the door. The transportation is very convenient. There are also restaurants nearby. The room is small, basic facilities, not many hotel rooms. Breakfast is simple Chinese style. The room price is on the high side, and the breakfast fee is also on the high side, 30% higher than the same type of rooms and benefits.

Modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff. The airport drop off service was prompt. The only downside to hotel is the noise from the nearby train station can be very loud. However, we only used for one night stay before taking a flight from Shenzhen.

From the outside it’s a hotel like many others. Dark glass facade, at least the feeling of who arrived in the evening. The hotel entrance is well illuminated and with high ceilings. Even though we are already in 2025, the stall still allows clients to smoke everywhere including inside the elevator. The non-smoking signs on the wall are just a part of the decoration. No real meaning as they are absolutely ignored. They room in average size. The bed was large and comfortable. Linens also nice and clean. Just the floor seemed a bit less cared in the detail. The shower was good with strong water pressure and hot water coming out right away. The location seems closer from the subway exit and took longer to arrive there that expected. But the shuttle service to the airport was fast.

The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district and attractions are within walking distance. The room is well-lit, fully equipped with smart facilities, the bedding is skin-friendly and helps you sleep, and the night light design is thoughtful. The hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The hotel as a whole gives people a warm and comfortable feeling, which is very suitable for family travel

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Xixiang subway station and an 18-minute walk from Yantian Night Market Community Cultural Street. There are more than a dozen cart shops downstairs of the hotel at night (which turns into a small night market). The hotel mattress is moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is simple and filling. Each room comes with a cup of Americano or latte. The overall experience was good.
