7月10日到達瀋陽，為了11號辦理美簽續簽。選擇該酒店距離美簽地點非常近，步行5分鐘。簽證辦理非常便捷，酒店我3天兩晚住的很舒服，景色也好。保潔員打掃迅速。我於11號下午準備開車去山姆超市即將下樓時去前台諮詢，最晚幾點退房，前台A回覆最晚14點我説好的謝謝。12號中午12點40分前台B向房間打電話，問幾點退房我，我説兩點前吧，我定的東西差不多12點50才到。前台説今天滿房客人已經來了，最晚可以延遲到1點。我説前一天我諮詢了呀，他説最晚兩點。前台B説行，我問一下昨天的前台A。過一會給我回電話，説了一句令我哭笑不得的話。B説問完了，我確實前一天詢問過，A也回答是14點前，但是我沒有告訴A我要延遲到14點。那請我詢問的目的是什麼呢。再有你告訴我標準，我按照標準執行，沒問題吧。我也明白為什麼B能這麼説，倆人合計完，誰也不想擔當這個責任，説出這麼一個哭笑不得的結果。我當時在房間我就笑了，我有種需要跨階層解釋的感覺，但是我不想過多浪費時間。我聯繫攜程，攜程幫我去溝通。最後呢圖4我在13點前離店了。我哈爾濱來的我知道現在是旅遊旺季，我也理解酒店，但是我不理解前台AB身為當代年輕人，無擔當無作為的表現。而且兩個人合計出我問了但是沒告訴他們延到14點的可笑回覆。現在大力發展北方經濟北方旅遊，國家重視對年輕人培養，國家激勵新時代青年在中國式現代化建設中挺膺擔當，如今一個注重年輕人發展的時代，我還能碰到如此服務的工作人員屬實令我費解。
