Beautiful and comfy, we wanted to cancel all out activities and just stay in the hotel, the breakfast was great and the staff is the best. The had no problem holding on to our bags while we go for our last activity, even when we already checked out. I would just encourage you to have a translation app ready, communication is not as wasy if your Chinese is not up to scratch.

It was my first time to stay in a good hotel in Shenyang ~ the layout of two bedrooms and a living room is great! After we went to stay somewhere else the next day, we decided to come back to Tianxi to spend our four-day and three-night trip in Shenyang! On the first day, the housekeeper was super enthusiastic and said to us that welcome to Shenyang ~ let our ********* little potatoes feel the full Northeastern enthusiasm ❤️ We will come again next year to spend the winter ~

Superb, 50 meters from the south gate of the First Hospital of Medical University, very convenient. Facilities: advanced, intelligent. Hygienic: clean and tidy Environment: Quiet Service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic. It was not a holiday, but also intimately upgraded. Very satisfied. There are free drinks and small cakes at the bar. The only bad thing is that the holiday hotel has increased the price. highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice. I had a large room and the price was very reasonable with breakfast. The front desk staff was great, especially the front desk staff member, 杜诗琪. 杜诗琪 speaks English very well and was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Also a robot will deliver your takeout food. Very fun.

location - conveniently located at qingniandajie cross subway station if your preferred mode of transportation is subway.  for me, i prefer this location as its not so crowded as compared to zhongjie.  i can easily take their didi taxi if i prefer to commute using taxi if i dont wish to walk from subway to hotel, though its only a few min walk.  sometimes after a long day, u just prefer to take taxi which is rather inexpensive as compare to other cities.   cleanliness - no doubt on the room cleanliness.  the aunties did a very good job in making sure the room is clean and towels replaced with new ones when we are back in hotel.   service - good service from receiptist when asked questions on places to go.  one thing i like abt china hotel is they will allow u delivering your taobao stuff to their hotel and they will safekeep for u.  check in is also swift n professional. facilities - i didnt really use much of their facilities but i impressed of their drink bar (cosy place to wait for our taxi), washing machine area (they said they stertised daily), gym (looks decent with equipment).  one thing to share, the hotel smell so good.  not sure which prefume they use (good if they can let me know. haha) this is definitely a hotel i will stay again if im back to shenyang again.

Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home. This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

The front desk service is super super good! The room type was upgraded, the room was clean and comfortable, the fruit plate was very fresh, and the strawberries were super super sweet! Because the room phone could not be connected, a male front desk service staff personally delivered several takeaways, which was very hard! The hot water in the room was also great!
