Hotel location was central and nearby local amenities. Very comfortable bed and the reception staff had some English sleazing staff that made communication easier. The steam room was out of service and recreation facilities could do with a face lift as post pandemic travel returns.

The hotel is generally good, the coffee for breakfast is not very instant, not freshly ground, coffee lovers may mind, the robot service is more advanced and thoughtful, the room floor is not clean enough, ask the aunt to drag it again or the dust hair can be seen to the naked eye

When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours. Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home. This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.
